🗑️ Trash bags for each can & a few laundry sheets.
☕ Ground coffee or coffee pods & dish towel(s).
🛀 One full set of bath towels and one beach towel per person.

🚗 PARKING & ACCESS:
One (1) car per reservation may park in the Garage (or in yellow-lined spots across from the gift shop if the Garage is full) using the pass found in the unit.
Elevators: Elevator #3 (by the roundabout) travels directly to the 8th floor.
Trash: The trash closet is conveniently located next to the elevator.

Explore: Beach within walking distance. The coastal trolley stops close by and will take you up and down the coast for a minimal daily fee.

🕒 Check-in/Check-out: Self check-in is 4PM or later.
🌡️ Water Park: Closes if temperatures are under 60°F. Wristbands are required for the pool/park and can be obtained at the gift shop.
🐾 Animals: Under ADA and Florida law, owners are not required to allow emotional support animals (ESAs); only documented service animals are permitted.
❄️ AC/Heat: All thermostats must be set to the same mode (either all Heat or all Cool) to function properly.

To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Evidence of smoking/vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee. 🌊✨
