The Space:
The upstairs of this beautiful property boasts a spacious lounge with a Smart TV and beautiful views of the lake, with a heat pump/ air conditioning, perfect for cozy nights in, or to keep you cool down in the summer months – Kindly note that the fireplace is not available to use.
The lounge opens to an outdoor area, where you can enjoy the sunshine on the deck or host 'al fresco' dinners which can be whipped up in the fully equipped kitchen.
You will find three rooms to relax with a king-sized bed, a queen, and a king single with a trundler to accommodate up to six guests. Our goose feathers duvets ensure a restful night's sleep, so you can seize the day in Taupō!
Park with ease in our off-street parking and roomy garage, ideal for your vehicles, bikes, or gear. Please note: trailers cannot be parked on the driveway. Safety and fun await in our fully fenced backyard, perfect for your little ones to play.

The property is in the Richmond Heights area of Taupō. At the bottom of the street are a handful of shops, including a dairy and bottle store.
It is a quick drive to the lake or town centre. At the bottom of the Richmond Heights hill is the ‘Two Mile Bay Sailing Club’ where you can enjoy a drink or pizza or take the Great Lake Pathway to walk around the beach front. Just around the corner is the ‘Taupō DeBretts Spa Resort’.
Other Things to Note:
*Stay 3 nights pay for 2 promotion details:
• Promotion applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday, during the current month.
• Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
• The free night must be requested at the time of booking.
• The booking for the paid nights must include at least 2 guests.
To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.
This listing advertises a ‘base’ cleaning fee, which accommodates 1-2 guests. Additional linen and resource is required for larger bookings, so an additional $10 per guest will apply for any bookings of more than 2 guests. We will charge the extra fee separately closer to your check-in date.
A highchair and baby cot may be available upon request—please enquire before booking. (Note: Bedding for the cot is not provided.)
Breakfast items are not supplied but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep the linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.
