This complex, located across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access, is perfect for the family looking for nice accommodations and easy access to the beach, all at a save-the-bank price! This property is conveniently located to restaurants and area shopping. Newly renovated, this sweet unit has everything a family of six would need while enjoying themselves. The property has a lovely pool area with a gazebo and BBQ grills.

Great condo in gulf shores

Our stay at the condo was great. Condo was clean, kitchen was well stocked. All beds were very comfortable. Access to the beach was simple to find and less than a 3 minute walk. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great trip! Though older, the property fit our needs. Had I not scoured the reviews looking for the location, we would have never found the beach access, so putting it here for others as well: across the road to the left, down only 1 or 2 properties.

Perfect place for family

Seabreeze was the perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy the beach! The beach access is a little tricky to find but there is a little sign just have to be looking for it. The pool was the perfect area for our softball team that also stayed to come back and cool off after a long day at the fields. If we come back to Gulf Shores will for sure be staying at Seabreeze again!!

Excellent stay for fun in the sun!

We had an easy check in and the room was exactly as advertised in the listing. The room was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The kids really enjoyed the pool when we weren’t playing on the beach. The beach access was a quick walk away from the property. The entire experience was very enjoyable.

Close to the beach with a good pool. Could use a deep cleaning but was very nice besides that. Good location Overall. Gulf shores beach has some weird rules when being on the beach but doesn’t reflect on the unit we stayed in.

It was very nice but when leaving we checked under the beds and found clothing and food wrappers that were not ours. We did leave them there. We did like the condo and would recommend it to others. Thanks!!

Over all very happy

Very pleased over all with our experience. Only suggestion is to better explain where the shortcut to the beach is. We didn't find it until day 2 there. Also, a heated pool would have made our trip even better or hot tub.

Loved Gulf Shores

While it's not the newest condo in the area, it was clean. Our condo was about as described. Wasn't the exact photos, but close. We had 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, kitchen (with washer and dryer) living room with eat in bar and a small table. Would definitely recommend having a vehicle to get around. We thought the area was awesome.

The picture accurately represents the property but I was surprised that there was no private outdoor space (balcony is shared walkway) and to access the beach, be prepared to walk a good distance. Thank you for your review. To access the beach, you walk across the street turning to the left. Walk in front of 2 condos and you should see a sign stating for Sea Breeze guests to use the walkway. It should not be much more than a half a block away. You are correct, the condo does not have a private balcony. Please ask for a condo directly on the beach to meet your needs. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a good stay but there were some issues. The check-in process was easy but the parking is very confusing. The property was clean and basic with just enough kitchen equipment and supplies. The three main issues were: 1) The internet was horrendously slow. 2) The garbage disposal leaked all over the kitchen. The staff quickly fixed it though. 3) The elevator wasn't working properly for part of the trip. For the price/value it was a good stay. The management company was very helpful and good in all communication.

Good condo great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo complex is great and family oriented. The only problem was at check in time which was 3:00. Our condo was not ready because the cleaning staff started on it late. We were worried because the office closes at 5:00. At 4:45 we called and they told us it was ready for us. When we finally got into it, there was a big pile of sand in the LR floor that had not been swept up and the kitchen sink wasn't cleaned. Other than that, the condo was was comfortable. We will stay in the same complex again.

The Sea Breeze complex really is a terrific place with its lovely pool and BBQ area and dedicated beach access. Unit 307 is so very nicely appointed! Check in is between 3 and 5; on busy check in days, such as the Memorial Day weekend, guests may not be able to get checked in early. They are always welcome to get their guest packets so that they can enjoy the property's facilities and beach while they wait to receive their code. We regret the housekeeping issues you experienced and hope that we were able to resolve those for you quickly.

Girls Trip

My daughter and my 2 best friends stayed at SeaBreeze 307 this past weekend and we loved it. Bender realty staff were exceptionally nice and were available to answer any questions we had. The checkin process was easy. They called us around 11am to tell us the condo was ready for us to check in. Upon arrival I picked up the envelope from their office which they left in their drop box and headed up to the condo. It was super clean, nicely decorated and stocked with everything we needed. I slept in the master bedroom and the bed was so comfortable and my friends said the guest rooms bed we're comfortable as well. The master bath is small but wasn't an issue. As other reviewers have said, the beach access was a little hard to find. I called Bender realty and was given directions. It is a very narrow path to the right of Westwind Condominiums, which is across and left of SeaBreeze. It's a teal colored building. There is no sign indicating it is the SeaBreeze access and I noticed Bender of this. We used this beach access in the mornings to walk on the beach but when we spent the day on the beach we drove to the public west beach access lot. There are accessible bathrooms there too. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great location, but felt shady

The location of this condo was perfect! The beach access is a 3-minute walk. It is close enough to restaurants & shops. The condo has stairs & an elevator. The pool had floats & toys for everyone to enjoy, which was nice for children.The condo was fully stocked. I felt it was shady because people disregarded rules stated in the contract & posted signs around the property. Renters smoked on the balconies & in the pool area when it said no smoking within 25 feet. Renters were loud & children were unsupervised in the pool area, running amok. Management were not on the property to attend to the disruptions. Although the condo was clean, we found condoms in the nightstand in the master. They were definitely left behind from who knows how long ago. The cleaning staff clearly was not checking all areas. Check-in was between 3:00-5:00, and we were given access to the condo at 4:50. That is almost a whole day wasted when you have a car full of luggage. Would I recommend this place? Yes. Would I stay here again? No. Did I call the management to address any issues? No, because when I called to ask about swimming in the pool after being treated with chemicals, I got the voicemail & no return call until the next day. I did not feel my concerns would have been addressed in a timely manner. Plus, these aren't emergency issues just accomodations I would expect for the price we paid. I also got asked to tell them if I was checking out early so they could clean.

Sea Breeze is indeed a great property just across a two-lane street from the beach. While Bender Vacation Rentals manages the unit you rented, it does not manage the property of Sea Breeze. We regret the items you found in the bedside table, and we will touch base with housekeeping. On busy check in days such as the day of your arrival, a check in time of 4:45 is not uncommon. We were happy to let you pick up your guest packet so that you could enjoy the pool and beach while you waited for our call. We were also happy to let you use our restrooms, since our office is right next door. We touch base with all of our guests before departure in order to set up a cleaning schedule. Guests are free to stay until 10 am, the time of check out, and are happy that you did so.
