Hi Mike, we want all our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that your stay fell short of expectations. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -The home was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized the day before your arrival, including mopping and vacuuming. Also, the beds are all brand new -With regards to the hot tub, we have a company that comes out every week to clean it. Also, we visit the property every few months to maintain the hot tub as well. We promptly responded and went to generous measures to make things right and did our best to address your concerns right away -We are sorry for the inconvenience and hope you choose to stay with us again We are new homeowners and appreciate the feedback!

Hi Rebecca, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: - We apologize for the treasure hunt! We've had some housekeeping team turnover recently and the new team had been putting things away in different spots. - We've since had a meeting with the team and addressed these issues. We replaced the baskets that contained the plastic sheet coverings that we use on the hideaway mattresses and replaced the coffee supplies on the counter. - The waterfall is working properly. The switch to turn it on is in the electrical box but we're working on a better solution for these controls. - The hot water was fine but we learned that the "hot" and "cold" settings on the faucet had been swapped. Sorry for this confusion - this has since been resolved! - Thank you for your comments. We've had the property for less than a year and are still learning.
