Dear Paul, Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re pleased you enjoyed your stay overall, though we understand there were some aspects that didn’t suit your needs. The beds are all antique pieces with foot ends, as shown in the photos on the listing. We do advertise the bed sizes so that guests can check if they will be suitable before booking. We are currently looking into freeing up space in the kitchen to provide more room for groceries. Our apologies for the bowls you found that weren’t clean. During the peak winter school holiday period, there are many same-day turnovers, and while the housekeeping team conducts a full clean of the kitchen, it is not always possible to check every single item. We have reviewed this with them to ensure standards are maintained. The oven door will be checked, and the heating setting has now been increased from 22 to 24 degrees for greater comfort during the colder months.
