The Swell Annex: Studio w/ Kitchenette Close to Mtn 641

Our Killington studio is a great place to stay whether you're in the area to ski, mountain bike, hike, antique, taste beers, kayak, explore or just relax. This newly remodeled hotel room-style condo with kitchenette will sleep up to four people in a comfy queen bed and sleeper sofa. As you relax, watch cable or Netflix on the large smart TV. We also have a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, Keurig and coffee maker. The full bathroom features an amazing new shower. Just outside is the heated pool (open late-June to mid-September). There is a shared washer/dryer in the entryway. You'll love it! (NOTE: This is a hotel-room style unit featuring one room and bathroom. There is a kitchenette.)

• This condo has a kitchenette with mini-fridge, microwave, sink, plates, glassware and utensils. There is no available cooking option (stove/oven) or pots and pans.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• We have smart locks for contactless check in. Your unique access code will be sent the week of your arrival.
• Pack 'n play and high chair available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• Our entire property is non-smoking and non-vaping. You may only smoke or vape outside. Please properly dispose of all butts.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $450 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• You must sign and return our written rental agreement.
• The outdoor pool is open during the summer months (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.
