It is very well equipped with air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living-room Both upstairs bedrooms have balconies with views across to St Feliu de Guixols and the beautiful Mediterranean. Both these bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, there is also a cloakroom downstairs. Downstairs bedroom has access to the large terrace. All windows have mosquito blinds fitted. There is a beautiful private terrace with comfy seating, dining table and chairs for those balmy evenings perfect for alfresco dining, terrace has electric sun shades. The private salt water pool is not overlooked and is gated for children´s safety. The villa has the advantage of broadband connection. The lounge has seating for 6 people, smart TV, DVD, CD available. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could need, this leads onto an additional terrace where you will find a gas BBQ, all the terraces take in the sensational view

The villa is situated in a quiet urbanisation, far away from noisy discos or bars.
All bedrooms including the living room is air conditioned.
There is a big bookcase filled with English novels you can read whilst you are there.
There is a Nespresso coffeemaker which makes great coffee to enjoy on your sun deck or on the shady terrace.
