BEACH BREEZE - Olde Naples Condo Steps to the Beach!

Tucked into the heart of Olde Naples just two blocks from 5th Ave S and four blocks from the sugar white sand beach, Beach Breeze offers the opportunity to live in one of the most desirable residential neighborhoods in the USA. Unit 284 offers the convenience of a ground floor entry and has wonderful views out to tree-lined 4th St S from newer impact resistant windows. Coastal style furnishings invite relaxation with plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and a dining table for four. Two bedrooms each have their own updated bathroom and an in-unit laundry room with full size washer and dryer ensures guests are equipped for long-term stays. The condo has high speed WiFi, smart TVs with Roku service, a fully equipped kitchen, and beach gear including towels, chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. Just outside your door, you?ll be surrounded by multimillion dollar homes as you make the quick walk to nearby coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and of course - the famous Naples beach!

BOOKING DETAILS: This condo requires a 1-month minimum stay during peak season (January-April) on an even month basis (check-in on 1st of month, check-out on last day of month). The City of Naples also requires that we advertise a 30 day minimum stay, however a 27 night stay for February 1-28 is available as an option! Simply inquire for pricing. Any bookings that don't meet these parameters will not be confirmed. Please inquire for availability of shorter term stays from May through December.

ASSOCIATION APPLICATION/FEE: An application and/or background check may be required for rentals within the community. This may incur processing fees not included in the rental reservation.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: Primary guest whose name is associated with this booking must be at least 25 years of age and must be present for the duration of the reservation.

GUEST LIST: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight must be provided in writing at least 24 hours to the guest(s) arrival.
