We always appreciate hearing how we can improve, and I wanted to share a few notes for clarity: -WiFi can be a bit spotty on the island at times—I'm sorry for any inconvenience. I provide instructions for resetting the router, which usually does the trick. -The outdoor fire table can be a little tricky to light. Instructions are included both in the welcome book and above the propane tank. We always check to make sure it’s stocked, and there’s a backup tank located under the deck. -The indoor fireplace is set to remain off during the warmer months, since it serves as the home’s primary heat source. I’ll be sure to clarify this in the guide. -Regarding the door code: I’ve confirmed that “12345” is not an active entry code. It’s likely the door wasn’t locked when you tried it. All codes are custom and tied to each guest’s reservation for added security. Thanks again for sharing your experience—I’m so glad you enjoyed the view and had a cozy weekend!
