Great House!

Clean, spacious, fun! So much to do here! Great customer service when we needed it! Really loved all the blinds and blackout curtains! That’s not something you often find in a rental house. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

GREAT HOUSE WITH ISSUES

Arrival at the property was great. Most rooms as pictured, great location. We enjoyed the large rooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Lots of family time together. Kids loved the air hockey table and basketball game. However upon usage: pool was dirty and low of water, projector/theater room never worked, none of the gaming tvs worked even after technician came, air conditioner in the game room had to be fixed upon arrival, tiny roaches throughout the house the entire stay. I wish that a manager would inspect the property prior to a new booking checking as these things could be avoided for future tenants.

Wonderful Home!

This house was perfect size for my family. I had 5 adult children with spouses and their families, myself and my husband and my teenage niece and we all fit very comfortably. The kids loved the pool and game room. The house is in a quiet area but close to restaurants, shopping and yes Disney World is only minutes away. It was very clean, warm and inviting. The only disappointment was the cleaning lady arrive at 9:30 while we were still packing up our cars to leave and just stood by the front door. It was a little creepy. Most people would have waited in their car or come back at 10 to give us time to leave. Still I would recommend this home to anyone with a large group of family or friends. We enjoyed our stay.

Family Getaway

When we arrived a little after four, the cleaning crew was still in the house. They were there until after five. The guy was there treating the pool so we weren’t able to use that for another two hours. Multiple bedrooms on the upper level had dirty linens. We were short a couple of beach towels. The house wasn’t throughly cleaned, I’m not sure if it was because they rushed because they were late or they really just did a poor job. The previous renters disconnected the pool alarm so that was an ongoing issue for the first two days. Overall it was a nice house but the broken furniture (end table, dresser drawers) and other little things, as well as the cleanliness were disappointing. We enjoyed our stay but definitely recommend more through cleaning especially during the time of COVID.
