Welcome to Sunny Poipu Beach! This newly remodeled Kiahuna Plantation leaves nothing to be desired! Relax on your private lanai overlooking the garden while being steps to the sand. Surf spots, long walks and lifeguarded beach are at your fingertips. Fast 200mgb Wifi, fully stocked kitchen, free parking, 24 hour no hassle check in with key-card, king size bed, full bathroom and oversized lanai with dining table and lounge chairs on the lanai too.

The Bedroom has a King size bed with all new furniture to ensure a comfortable night's rest. Don't forget about the coveted AC to keep you cool on a hot Kauai day! The living room is complete with a queen size sleeper sofa to accommodate 2 extra guests (4 total). In the living room you'll also find a 55" TV with cable TV and a Vlue Ray DVD player to relax after a day's adventure. Enjoy cooking in this upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and all of the cooking supplies you can think of!

Great Experience!

We had a lovely stay at this condo! It was well located and affordable. The access to the club was a great bonus as we could meet up with local family and the kids could play in the pool. We had a minor issue with the sliding door and contacted the property manager who sent someone out immediately to fix the issue. We were very happy with our stay and would stay here again next time we visit!

Great location, Great sleeping, and Great Stay

We stayed here for our first visit to Kauai. We had 8 nights and 7 full days to enjoy the island (and snorkel). The location is great for access to many things. There is only a grass and garden view from the living room/kitchen area. Really no other windows/view. The condo is beautiful and very new-looking as far as appliances and decor. They've stocked the kitchen with a nice selection of cookware, utensils and dishes. This matters to us because we eat in most of the time to save money. Love that they had a toaster. Range and microwave works great. Dishes are actual dishes you might have if you lived there. We found the bed to be VERY comfortable. We slept great. Thank you, property, for having a GREAT place to sleep. Either the walls are thick or there weren't any neighbors while we were there because we found it very quiet. We were up until almost midnight and we never heard anything. (Only the roosters in the morning -- which was great.) Generous hangers (which I appreciate) and there's a little keyed safe you can put valuables in and take the key. We appreciated that even though we came in on a very late flight and needed to stop for groceries, that our greeters were patient and we felt no pressure to accommodate them. We also received unexpected assistance with carrying our (very heavy) suitcases up the one flight of stairs. (Don't know if this is typical or to be expected.) There are little water spigots around the property for rinsing sandy feet off which is great. A nice touch included getting an email our first morning to see if we needed anything. We did mention a tub mat would be great (make us feel safer) and they delivered the very same day. A caution that the bed is oversize for the room so we found ourselves hitting the foot of the bed frame multiple times EVEN though we kept telling ourselves to be careful. It would have been nice to have a larger amount of towels even for two people. (Even though we had access to resort pool towels.) Also would have been great to have access to a cheap cooler to borrow during our stay (which many other places have had). VERY close to a fun family-type beach (Poipu Beach) with good snorkeling. Shop at Big Save in Koloa Town for groceries. A/C is really only in the living room but with running it cooler and shutters open between the bedroom and living room (plus ceiling fan) it was fine. Disappointed to find that the pool at the athletic club closes at 6:45 PM.

Beautiful Resort

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The unit was updated, clean and perfectly located. You can simply take a short walk to the beach which was convenient. We loved having the ability to cook and prepare meals. It was especially nice having air conditioning on the hot, sticky days in between our outings and in the evenings. We would absolutely stay her again.

Pros: Beautiful and clean. Walking distance to coffee shop and local shopping area with a general store. 5 minute drive to the restaurant cluster by the roundabout. Beach was very walkable. Many amenities across the road. Little items to enjoy were provided (coffee, cookies, books, board games, etc). Lots of cute birds. Cons: No washing machine in unit but laundry facility is 3 min walk away. Walls were a little thin.

Cozy and decent

Location, location, location.. can’t beat it. Princeville is super rich and a posh neighborhood. So much greenery, hill and ocean view around. All 4 days of our stay, we did early morning walk of 6 to 7 miles to Princeville mall. Food land has Indian ready to eat food packets and masala. Try lotus thai in same mall, its good. About Studio, it was good, near to pool and has gorgeous backdrop view. Amazing views from balcony and from pool.. pictographs experience !! Studio has fridge, microwave, 2 electric burner. We did one time Indian cooking on a day, Can do light cooking for 2 ppl. I wish utensils were never and has smart tv :) Overall for us it was pleasant and a memorable stay. If anyone planning to stay at North side, book only in Princeville area, its expensive, but worth ur lifetime Kauai experience.
