Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Sky Villas management team is easy to work with and answered questions quickly. The house needs some improvements; a few of the kitchen cabinets don't close, several of the drawers are hard to open and close, the electrical outlet are old things don't stay plugged in, the garage game room was 40% full of boxes, pipes, and I assume a broken refrigerator, the only game was a run down pool table. Someone need to check up on the cleaning people, we had to clean the bathrooms, hair was everywhere in the main and master bathrooms, the throw rugs had not been cleaned for a long time. Price was good but did not live up to the listing.

Family stay

This house was pretty good. It needs a little TLC some of the rooms/doors and tiles needs to be fixed. The house was. Little small for the size of our family - we were under the understanding there were two king suites there was only 1. Tv did not work for first day or so and the plugs didn’t hold the plugs in place. It worked for us this time but probably would not book this location again

Perfect spot for a family vacation!

This property suit our needs very well. It was super clean. Well cared for. Had lots of space. It’s also in a lovely neighborhood with very friendly people. There were very clear instructions on the home operations and the expectations. The managing staff were very friendly and efficient in responding to any concerns we had. We had a great experience here.

BSV=Great! Property=Not Great

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: BSV was great as a mgt company. The rental process was easy. Great communication. The house itself...not great. Would not stay at this property again.
