You cannot beat the view! Our family of 6 loved our week at this condo. There was always plenty of space to park and I loved the two balconies, perfect place to have a cup of coffee in the mornings or relax in the evenings. I also loved that they have beach chairs and an umbrella available at no cost for beach days. We will definitely be going back.

Great Beach Vibe!

This condo is great! The beach decor sets the perfect mood for fun in the sun! The condo is very clean and updated and has excellent views of the bay from two balconies, while only a short walk to the beach. The mid-town location is great - a close walk or drive to any number of restaurants and shops, and directly in front of the unit are favorite stand-bys like Dunkin Donuts, Fractured Prune, Beer Brewery and Beer Store, and TCBY's. Macky's restaurant is a very short walk away, sitting on the bay, and great food! Condo is stocked with paper products, full kitchen, and also has beach chairs and umbrellas which is a nice surprise! We will definitely book here again!

Not worth the price.

The only thing amazing about the place is the view Everything else was horrible. The washer/dryer knobs was missing. This condo needed a full deep clean. Dust balls everywhere. Oven wasn’t clean. Refrigerator needed to be cleaned. Overall I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great views and nicely decorated

Great location to where we wanted to be. We walked to Secrets, Mackey’s and Fagers. The outside is off-putting when you arrive - but very nice inside with great Bay views. As we say - it’s what’s on the inside that matters :-). It is nicely decorated, well maintained and you feel comfortable there. Lower rating for cleanliness because the bathroom floors were not clean and there was various things left behind under everything. Not the owners fault - whoever is doing the cleaning for them needs to do better. Did not ruin anything as the kitchen was clean and everything else well maintained. We would def stay here again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Nice Condo in OCMD

The condo was very clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay and had positive communication with the property manager. Although this is not a reflection on the unit itself or the owner of the unit, the building itself seems old and somewhat unstable. While using the walkways we could actually feel the movement, and the construction of the stairs and walkways seems subpar. Overall, the stay was great!

Jamaica IV was in a great location. It was a short walk to the beach and close by restaurants. It was very comfortable for our group of 6!

Amazing view

Pictures do not do this property justice! The view was spectacular with close proximity to the beach. Not to mention everything we needed was just blocks away. The exterior of the property from the front could use a little TLC, but the inside was decorated beautifully with some high-end fixtures. Love the peaceful decor and the two bay front balconies. We would definitely return!!

Beautiful Beach Stay

Check in process was a breeze. The pictures did not do the place justice, it was beautiful inside and out especially with the view overlooking the bay. Loved how we had access to beach chairs, coolers, and an umbrella. Made it much easier on us folks who don’t have that ready to go. Will stay here again next beach trip!

The condo was very nice. It was clean and we had plenty of room.

We loved the condo. The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t have cable in the bedrooms. There was a remote for Comcast in the master bedroom but no cable box or anything. There was a box for a fire stick but that wasn’t there or in the tv. Otherwise we were very happy

Excellent location!

Everything was clean and nice. The location is really great, with access to lots of stores and retaurants in walking distance. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with paper products and soaps, which was nice, so we didn't have to run out and buy them the second we checked in. Great stay for a long weekend!

A wonderful end of the summer vacation

We had a great stay at this adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. It was convenient to walk to the beach and within easy walking distance to lots of restaurants and nightspots. It easily accommodated our family with plenty of space to relax, play games, and even to get away from each other when needed! The view from the furnished decks (yes, plural - one off the living room and one off the master bedroom) was spectacular with a view of the bay. The condo is clearly recently renovated and comfortably furnished. The check in procedure was efficient and quick and we were even lucky enough to get to check in about an hour early on our arrival date. I will definitely return to this property and would recommend it to any of my friends.

Great place!

This location is great -- awesome view of the bay from two different balconies and tons of amenities right next to the property -- mini golf, brewery / restaurant, Dunkin Donuts, frozen yogurt, pizza. Beach is a very short walk. The unit is clean, well furnished, and stocked with all the necessities. We would definitely recommend and we'll be back again!

Great time

This place was everything we could have wanted and more. Owner provided towels and chairs which made our beach packing a lot lighter. It was nice to have toilet paper, paper towels and shampoo there for our convenience. Quick walk to the quiet beach - will definitely be back next year!
