Located on the North Bayfront, this home presents vacationers with a beautiful Balboa Island waterfront getaway. The layout was designed for entertaining and the ground floor patio allows vacationers to enjoy bayfront living at its finest. This two story 3-bedroom 3.5 bath front house has a generous master bedroom facing the bay front, with plenty of windows to capture the essence of island living. The three guest bedrooms each have their own bathrooms to complete the upstairs living space. Downstairs there is a spacious living room with a dining nook just off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, containing all the essentials with direct access to the garage close by. There is an oversized one car garage with a washer/dryer included in the space. Located off the garage on the street is an extra parking spot.

Explore the beach on the Balboa Peninsula via the ferry off Agate Ave. The Balboa Village and Balboa Pier are also a short ferry ride away. Rent a bike, jet ski, stand up paddle board, or kayak. Whale watching, and deep-sea fishing trips are running daily with many boats that leave the Balboa Pavilion during all times of the day.

On the Balboa Peninsula you can relax along the pristine beaches, go surfing nearby, check out the FUN ZONE, and grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants. The walkability of the property is excellent, and the premises is a close stroll away from the Marine Ave. shops and restaurants that make Balboa Island a worldwide vacation destination. Very clean, perfect location, great parking and amenities and communication with the property management was perfect.

Nice Location on the Water

This property is a perfect location on Balboa Island. Just a few blocks from restaurants, pubs, shopping and grocery store. Convenient parking for one car available in the attached garage. Open floor plan and large front patio with BBQ grill that looks out on a beach and the back bay. Plenty of beds to sleep a group of 8. Bathrooms and showers are in every bedroom. This is a popular location with lots of guests in the busy season. It’s also a beach cottage. That being said, the dishes, cupboards, walls and vents are not very clean. We enjoyed our stay and spent lots of time outside, on the patio and on the beach.

Wonderful Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful location, beautiful house, awesome amenities with some (very minor) issues. The oven consistently does not work and the back bedroom has issues with the air conditioner not working. This has been a recurring issue as we have stayed here several years in a row. The most recent stay the house was not cleaned as thoroughly as in years past. There was sand everywhere- almost like the vacuum didn't quite work? But overall the location is amazing, the house is really nice, and the rental agency is professional and organized. We hope we get to stay here as many years as we are able.
