Ocean North 6 is perfect if you are looking for a quieter spot for your family located directly on the ocean at 128th street in north Ocean City. An ideal smaller building, there is no waiting on elevators! Cozy and charming with newer furnishings, this condo will make you feel at home while you enjoy your beach vacation. Accommodating up to 6 guests, the 1st bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the living room provides a queen sleeper sofa, if needed.
Condo also features one and half baths, plus a full kitchen with updated appliances and oceanfront balcony where you can kick back, relax and enjoy an intimate view of the sunrises and the sights of the Atlantic. This location is close to Northside Park, the Montego Bay Shopping Center, and numerous restaurants, plus it's a short drive to the shops and entertainment of Fenwick Island. The unit does not have a dishwasher, washer or dryer, but there is complimentary laundry on the ground level of the building. This property rents Fri-Fri in season and any 3 nights off season.
Guest must supply bed linens, towels, paper goods and soaps. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Non-smoking/vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
