Feel at home in a modern, luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with open plan living and fully equipped kitchen. Complete with 2 living areas both with comfy leather couches and 2 gas fireplaces. Ideally situated 2.5km to the town centre and only a 30 minute drive Coronet Peak and 45 minutes to Remarkables ski field.



The Space:

Please note, there is an occupied self contained studio apartment on the ground level, next to the garage. The driveway access is shared. There are no other shared facilities. There is no access from the studio apartment to the main house. You will have exclusive use of the house.



Guest Access:

Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. This may be flexible depending on bookings.
