Two full bathrooms and a powder room on the main level freshly stocked with clean towels and great WiFi throughout!

We are only 2 minutes off the I-15 freeway which makes easy access to anywhere in Salt Lake County or Utah County.

We love American Fork because it is the central location for Utah Valley! We are only 20 minutes from Provo, 35 minutes to Sundance, 40 minutes to Salt Lake Airport, 60 minutes from Park City and we're only 2 minutes off the 15 freeway! Thanksgiving Point and The Outlets at Traverse Mtn are local hot spots that are just a 10 minute drive. We have hundreds of YELP worthy local eateries and tons of shopping located near our home. Ask us about our favorites places!

You can park in the garage, in the driveway or on the street in front of our home.

Guest Headcount & Fair Pricing
To ensure accurate preparation and fair pricing, we charge a small per-person fee. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count. Please provide an accurate total for overnight guests and daytime visitors so we can plan accordingly and maintain a great experience for everyone.

Pet Policy
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee:

$50 for 1 dog

$100 for 2 dogs

Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Please note: Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee.

Smoking & Substance Policy

Violations may result in loss of deposit and additional cleaning fees.

Neighborhood Quiet Hours
City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Please be mindful of noise levels outdoors and in common areas during this time to ensure a peaceful environment for our neighbors.

Digital Guestbook & Add-Ons
We provide a digital guestbook with essential details about your stay, house information, local recommendations, and checkout instructions. You can also request early check-in or late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee) through the guestbook.

Security Deposit & Damage Waiver
Some booking channels require a fully refundable $250 security deposit. If applicable, you’ll receive instructions after booking. The deposit is returned promptly after checkout, provided there is no damage or policy violation.
You may also choose to purchase a damage waiver and/or deposit for additional peace of mind.
