Welcome to "3 Suite Dreams!" Enjoy stunning views of the No-Drive portion of the beach from all three bedrooms, living room, and the 5th floor balcony! Each bedroom has a private connected bathroom creating three comfortable suites. "3 Suite Dreams" has been recently updated and comfortably sleeps 10 guests.

The Ormondy Condominium is a Private Residential Building that includes the convenience of gated underground garage parking. The Ormondy is a non-smoking and non-pet community. Residents and Guests may not bring pets on the property.

Loved our stay at this condo! Well equipped kitchen, plenty of beds for our family of 6 and the view was lovely! Florida Vacay Rentals made the rental process so easy and the communication throughout our stay was great. An all around wonderful experience. We hope to be back next year!

Our 3rd Stay at the Ormondy

This is our favorite place to stay when in the Daytona area. Safe, clean and a perfect location to shopping and restaurants and of course, the beach. Not the hustle and bustle of Daytona Beach proper, we enjoy a quieter atmosphere. Perfect walking beach! Florida Vacay is easy to work with! We would definitely recommend this condo building and using Florida Vacay!

Our yearly family staycation

Checked in one day earlier as the condo wasn’t booked, check in at the condo had a few issues with code but eventually a nice man let us in and we were able to get to our beautiful condo, the condo was very clean and stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our stay, I would love a month there next summer! I do recommend they put up umbrellas at the tables near grill, it’s a eating and cooking area with no comfort spots to enjoy the beautiful scenery, I also would recommend they update their grilling utensils, over all our family enjoyed our stay and will 100% come back!!

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was beautiful! It was very roomy, fit our group of 9 perfectly, and decorated beautifully! The beach was never crowded and the pool was also a plus! We loved staying in Ormond beach since it was less crowded and not as commercialized.

best I’ve stayed at in the area! Lots of residents in the bldg so that makes for a very quite bldg. During a week stay I hardly heard a sound from other rooms. I love this place. Great for families with young children. We will be back!

Family reunion

We stayed here for an event and we came from all over the country . The management staff was so kind and the condo was perfect 3 separate suites with a common kitchen and living room perfect!! Clean all amenities included and super secure . I’ll be back!!

Excellent Vacation Spot

The property was as advertised. Beautiful views all day from every window. The only negative was the check in as the front keypad not working. However, reading reviews helped us prepare for such an occurrence. The access to the pool area and beach were incredible. Will not hesitate to come back to the Ormondy in the Future.

Family Vacation

Beautiful property just as described. Beds and pillows were amazing. View was out of this world. I gave five stars because it wouldn’t let me do 4.5. My only critique would be the WiFi or internet. We work from home and needed to be able to accomplish some work and it was pretty much impossible with the WiFi.

Check on construction before you go. Unit was nice but construction noisy.

The property is clean and view of ocean is good. Nice to have a garage for your vehicle. Bring 2 folding chairs if you want chairs at the vanities. You could use the ocean side guest bedroom vanity as a computer desk as there is no desk in unit.

Beautifully appointed and the view can't be beat! However.....

The property was comfortable and very convenient to everything. We were very disappointed with the fact that the pool didn't offer umbrellas at the tables. We asked the office if there were any in storage that hadn't been put out yet, but were told that we had to bring our own. I would've understood if we needed to provide our own beach umbrella, however bringing your own table umbrella for a patio table by the pool is NOT the norm. We chose this location because we had some members of our family who are not fans of the beach but love the pool, and it provided the best of both worlds. I hate to say it, but because of this we won't be booking at this location again.
