Always a great stay

The patio cottage is my go-to place to stay in Portland, along with its sister property, the patio suite. Scott is a fantastic host and the cottage is well-equipped and cozy, with lovely outdoor space as well. The neighborhood is great and close to many restaurants and public transport. I will definitely be back!

Scott's place was a great place to stay. He was a great host. The neighborhood is so nice with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay again. (There is some paperwork you will have to sign in advance before staying. I have never done this before at a VRBO. It was all good though. I think he mentions this in his listing.

So nice to know you enjoyed your stay, Lisa and that you enjoyed the neighborhood, too! You are correct that I do mention in the listing that guests sign a rental agreement when booking. This helps prevent credit card theft and fraud and protects the safety and security of all guests and their property. It will be my pleasure to host you again if you return this way!
