The waterfront home of Villa Royal Palm is a four-bedroom, four-bathroom home in Cape Coral for eight guests. The single-level home features neutral colors that fade away against lush tropical vegetation in bold green. A covered patio holds the entrance to the home and a soaring roof. Make yourself at home, then head outside to your outdoor oasis. The fully screened-in area boasts an in-ground pool with partial zero-edge and spillover spa. At one end of the pool is a deck with adjustable chaise lounges to enjoy a sunny Florida day, as well as an outdoor shower too rinse off before heading back inside. Under the covered patio, you'll find a BBQ grill for cooking up favorite foods and an outdoor dining set that seats the whole group. A large outdoor living set seats where everyone can relax and spend time together. The door at the other end allows easy access to the private dock and tiki hut with seating. Launch a kayak or tie up a boat for fun water sports.

Interior Amenities

Step in to a cozy foyer that opens up to the open living, kitchen, and dining space. Straight ahead is the living space that boasts a cozy sectional sofa where you can spend time with loved ones or watch a favorite movie or TV show on the flat screen TV. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Spacious counters and a myriad of cupboards and drawers join stainless steel appliances to hold everything you need. The kitchen island boasts bar seating for four, and a breakfast nook near the tall windows seats four more. The dining area on the other side of the kitchen features a glass-topped table that seats everyone. Just off the living space is a cozy den with desk so you can check in back home. Just off the kitchen is the laundry area that boasts full-size washer and dryer combo and a utility sink.

At the end of the day, choose a private bedroom. The master suite boasts a king bedroom set with custom headboard, sitting area, and flat screen TV. Enjoy private access to the outside space too! The master bathroom features a massive shower stall with dual entrances and multiple shower heads, and separate soaking tub. “His” and “hers” vanities are separated by the tub in the center of the room.

The remaining bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom that features a large shower stall with multiple shower heads and single-sink vanity. The second boasts and upholstered king bed, night tables, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and access to a side yard and patio area. The third bedroom features an upholstered king bed, night tables, and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. The final bedroom features an upholstered king bed with backlit headboard, night tables, flat screen TV, and access to the outdoor space. The en suite bath also features access from outside so you can clean up without dripping water through the home.

- Pool/hot tub heating is $25/day for stays 3 weeks or less (1 week minimum). Stays over 3 weeks is $15/day
