Large, Beach Front, First Floor End Unit.
Imagine, your toes in the sand 60 seconds after stepping out of the condo. This first-floor corner unit is perfect for any beach lover. Avoid the elevator lines and step out the front door right next to the pool. Take the short walk over the boardwalk where the fine sand beckons to set up your beach oasis for the day. The unit has new sound dampening, hurricane windows and sliding glass doors. You will sleep soundly on the queen bed in the master bedroom and have room for guests in the second bedroom where there are two twin beds. If you have a child, the sofa also pulls out into a bed in the living room. No tub to crawl over as the master has a walk-in tiled shower. Washer/dryer in unit for guest use. Free Wi-Fi, 3 cable TV’s, unit is entirely tiled.
Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. Preferred Payment method is by Check. If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
PARKING: Only 1 vehicle allowed per condo. There is a $50.00 parking fee collected at the front desk due by credit card on arrival.
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
We DO NOT make exceptions for COVID.
