Orion Blue Beach Stay is an immaculate, pet friendly, beachfront holiday home in Vincentia, situated right on the reserve to Orion Beach. You will enjoy views through a lovely fringe of coastal trees to Jervis Bay, and the property is located only 20 metres from stairs that take you directly to Orion Beach. The cycle path is in front and goes north to Huskisson and south to Plantation Point, Nelson Beach and Blenheim Beach. With three bedrooms, Orion Blue Beach Stay can sleep up to 6, but we ask that you limit your party to a maximum of 4 adults, or 2 adults with 4 children. There is also a 15 Amp power outlet for guests needing to charge an electric car. Finally, please note that parties are not allowed at this property.

Where will I be?

Orion Blue Beach Stay is well located in Vincentia, overlooking Orion Beach. Access stairs to the beach are a 20 metre walk away, it also fronts the cycleway (bicycles provided for guest use) The Vincentia shops are a short drive, or 15 minute walk away. Huskisson can be accessed by bike along the bike path (approximately 6km), or within 10 minutes if driving.

How is the property laid out?

Orion Blue Beach Stay is one side of a duplex but has completely separate undercover parking, access and privacy. You enter the house into a long hallway which leads you down split levels, past two bedrooms into the open plan living/dining/kitchen area. This area opens onto a patio area with a rear deck & an electronic pergola with the ability to open & close depending on the weather, there is also fenced in yard - perfect for kids and pets. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a queen bed with ensuite (shower and toilet) and the second bedroom has a bunk bed and fold out double bed. There is a bathroom on this level with a combined spa bath / shower, and also a separate toilet. Upstairs is a second living space with fold out double bed, and a spacious balcony with views over Jervis Bay. Bathroom and separate toilet.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto pod machine, supplied with some pods. A variety of teas is also provided. There is a selection books and board games available for guests to enjoy.

Wi-Fi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?

This property provides complimentary Wi-Fi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email. There are 2 x smart TVs one in the living room and one upstairs so you can stream your favourite shows. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WI-FI will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

Downstairs there is a fenced patio and lawn area - perfect for keeping in children and pets. Upstairs is a balcony with sun lounges for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

This property also features 2 bikes for guest to use at their own risk (1x ladies & 1x males) complete with helmets and bike lock, tool set.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Reverse cycle air conditioning & ceiling fans throughout the house. In the winter make use of the a woodfired combination heater and oven, which includes a heater with glass fronted fire box, an oven for baking and a stove top. For safety, there is a screen and an insulated flue.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Pillows, blankets, doonas, luxury linen and bath towels are provided at this property. Please however bring your favourite beach towel!

Parking for cars, boats etc.?

Orion Blue Beach Stay has secure undercover parking for 2 cars. There is space for a third car in the driveway. There is a 7Kw Wallbox charger for guests needing to charge an electric car.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Yes, your favourite pet is welcome to stay at this property. However please keep your pets off all furniture and beds, please clean up behind your pet, and please inform us of your intention to bring a pet at the time of booking.

For the pets, there is a dog door leading from the living area to the fenced lawn on the ocean side of the property.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
