September trip

We had an awesome time in PCB! Gerald went over and above. He was able to get us an earlier check in time and we also were able to extend our stay an extra day. Condo had everything we needed. Great views. We will definitely book with Gerald and itrip again!

Great condo on the beach

Everything was great with our stay at this condo. It is right on the beach and the view was beautiful from the balcony. The condo had everything we needed and was very clean. Lots to do in the area. Check-in and checkout was very easy and there was good communication from the manager. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area in the future.

Commodore 902 - PCB

Took a short trip to PCB. Property was well maintained and managed. Our condo had oceanfront views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. The property was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. We will book again.

Nice views!

We enjoyed our stay at the Commadore. Our condo had a nice view of the ocean. Our bedroom had access to the balcony as well, which was nice. Washer and dryer was a nice bonus. My family would stay here again.

Family Beach Vacation

My daughter and I stayed here in June of 2023 and a great experience! The Property Manager was very responsive and attentive to all of our needs. The room was as pictured, the location was very convenient and we had direct beach access. There were no complaints and we would stay again.

The property management company was great and easy to communicate with. My toilet was leaking and they had someone come out immediately. I absolutely loved where the Commadore is located.

Location is great. Beach was great. Room was dated. The carpet needs to be replaced. There was a "musty" spell when we arrived and remained during our stay.

We have stayed at this complex before (on the 11th floor) and it was much more up to date and cleaner. This unit could use updated kitchen and bathroom cabinets and updated shower doors. The livingroom tv is very small and the doors of the armoire in the bedroom wouldn't stay open in order to see the television. The balcony was spacious and nice. The pool was nice and the proximity from the condo to the beach was ideal.

Fantastic view and great experience

The view is fantastic. The unit was clean, free of mold, and as described. The beach is great - that is what we went for - clean sand, clear water, and not crowded. The amenities were also as described. The management was very responsive. We are giving this five stars. The management took care of for things WHICH ARE NOT in the owner's or management control: While we were there, one of the elevators required repairs which were handled rapidly.

Room 902

Nice condo and enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was in the bathroom off of the bedroom. Had a problem with the sliding shower doors; they kept getting off track. Hope to come back.

Very clean rooms upon check-in. All appliances worked great. It’s right across the bay for quick access if you’re looking to go deep sea fishing with Capt. Anderson which I highly recommend. Easy access in and out. Great view of the ocean looking out the balcony, and easy access to the beach which takes less than a minute from your room, elevator and the pool and beach. I definitely recommend the Commodore and I plan on booking another stay next year.

Location was great, right on the beach. Security guys we interacted with were super. They were nice and helpful and friendly. The unit itself was a bit dated. I would suggest they put something down on the carpet in bedroom to bathroom. We put a towel down to prevent stepping on the tack strip, really hurts the feet. Adequate kitchen although the stove could use new burner covers that fit to prevent everything running to one side of the pans. Ice machine was great, more than kept up with our needs. View was spectacular! We would stay there again.
