So cute and cosy with character, this property makes for a lovely comfortable stay.

The main residence comprises of three bedrooms, and open plan lounge/kitchen area where there is a large air conditioner and a beautiful coonara. All three bedrooms run off this area and there is a seperate bathroom with toilet and easy access walk in shower which is huge.

The property has so many security features with a fully enclosed back yard which is great for children and pets (which are permitted to stay).

There are security screen doors throught the property from front to back.

In addition, there is a wonderful sun room which makes for great entertaining which adjoins the huge back yard. The sliding door opens out to the outdoor bbq and entertaining area.

This room has a dining table, large sliding doors and flyscreens on the windows as well as wonderful block out blinds. This is a wonderful addition to the house for bbq's, nights to play games and catching up with friends. As this is tiled, this area can be used for pets.

There is plenty of off street parking for at least three cars or a boat or jetski.

Please note that you are required to bring your own linen, pillowcases and towels during your stay.

A basic starter fire kit will be provided however, you will be required to purchase any addition firewood.
