The pictures say it all. Style sometimes comes in neat packages and this studio delivers at every level for a couple in town. It’s packed with all you need: a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony for morning coffee (drenched in natural light) and a gleaming bathroom.

Drop your bags, maybe take a swim in the pool or give yourself a workout in the gym before hitting the town. Then it’s back to that luxurious bedroom in a private, secure and very tranquil haven.

You’re in Auckland to get amongst it, but it’s good to know you’re walking distance from the serenity of a superbly presented studio. K-Road with it’s amazing eateries is just around the corner, a stroll to Ponsonby will take minutes, or drop down the hill for the waterfront.

Plus, it’s really easy to get here, just minutes from the motorway off ramp (remember you’ve got a carpark), or a short Uber from the CBD.

Best things to take home? How cool this area is and a baguette from Fort Greene.

10 minutes to island ferries, buses, trains and airport bus (every 15 minutes).

There is a world of eateries, leisure walks and amazing city views. Just ask and we can recommend according to your needs.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property – please no smoking.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm.
- No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- Check in is between 3pm - 10pm. If you require a check in outside of this time there will a late check in fee of $100NZ.
- If you lose the key / key fob / swipe a replacement fee will be charged.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
