The Space:
Here at Zodiak Stays, our dedicated cleaning team ensures a pristine space, so you can feel at home from the moment you step in.

The fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals effortlessly as well as full-size appliances, including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
The dining area features a table for four. With an open-concept layout, the apartment offers a seamless flow between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a spacious and inviting atmosphere.
The living room has plenty of seating for everyone as well as a smart TV and an air-conditioning. The perfect place to unwind at the end of the day.
A small balcony extends from one of the bedrooms, offering a spot to step outside and enjoy some fresh air or take in views of the surrounding city.
Each bedroom has a comfy queen-size bed with fresh linens and closet space for your belongings.
One of the bedrooms includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor, perfect for remote work. Both rooms are equipped with fans for added comfort.
For your convenience, the home also includes a washer and dryer, making laundry effortless during your stay. Plus, free on-site parking ensures a hassle-free experience as you explore the area.
Please note that a refundable security deposit (authorised and held by your card provider, not charged to us) is required as part of the booking process.

The best way to get around Auckland is by driving or catching an Uber.
Other Things to Note:
Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Parking: There is a free carpark allocated property.
Key Pickup: The key pickup location is from a convenience store located at 7 Union St, Auckland CBD, 1010. This is a different location from the apartment building. This is a 7 minute walk or 4 minute drive from the apartment. They are open for collection at any time between until 2am. Please double-check if this suits you and ask us if you have any questions or concerns before booking. We will send you the full check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival date. Keys can only be collected within store hours 9 AM - 10 PM .If arriving later, please get in touch with the team ASAP to arrange an alternative check-in method.
Personal Check-ins: We can arrange for someone to meet you at the property for a $85 fee. Please inquire before booking to check availability - we will need at least two days notice to guarantee someone can meet you.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay: 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 4 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes, but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
This is a professionally managed property by Zodiak Stays so you can expect the very best in service, but please note it is not a serviced property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm NZ time and we will try to respond to your messages/email as soon as possible. You will be provided with an emergency 24/7 maintenance number as well in case you need that outside of our regular office hours.

Everything is good and as advertised and the only i would like to suggest is you have change bedsheets and towels regularly or you have to provide extra bedsheets and towels so we can replace by there own.other then that everything is excellent.i ll give you 5 out of 5

Excellent accommodation. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to prepare some meals. Complimentary milk, tea, coffee and chocolates were very much appreciated. Bed linen and towels very fresh, clean and high quality.

Great location with everything you need and more. Laundry and vacum was a nice bonus. 10 minute walk to the waterfront and queen street. A little confusing when you first arrive as we parked the car and assumed apartment was in the same building. Quickly sorted and we were in the apartment within a short time.

The apartment was in a fabulous location. The little balcony was very much appreciated as it allowed us to get some fresh air into the apartment and was lovely to sit on and watch the city below. The reason I never gave it 5 stars is that we found the needs way to form for us and the pillows way to thick to be off use. It would be nice since it is a two bedroom apartment to have a softer bed and get rid of 1/2 the pillows and provide a couple thin ones.
