This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit is in the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in the heart of Mooloolaba. It is located on the canal with wide open views and is very close to the Mooloolaba Esplanade! End apartment (for additional privacy) on the ground floor and looking out on the canal. Great amenities with air conditioning, fans, Wifi, and space outside to relax. 2 Queen beds and a rollaway for 1 child, sleeps 5 guests - 4 adults only

Kids can play and fish safely right in front of the apartment.
Park in front of garage 1 as access to the garage is not provided.

You may hire beach towels from G1 Holidays for $6.00 per towel.

Great location!

Overall the place is in a great location and well equipped! Some cleanliness issues and the key pick up/drop off is a little inconvenient.

Clean and convenient

Very well located and has everything we needed. An easy walk to the Mooloolaba Esplanade and Coles for shopping. It was very clean and the office is nearby for convenient key collection and drop-off. A fold-up cot would be a great addition.

Great weekend with a view

The property was exactly as listed. Great spot with some shore fishing the grandson absolutely loved. Will stay again. Only improvement would be air con in the bedrooms.

Disappointing

Property was not exactly child or older adult friendly as you had to climb down a ladder without handrail and then big step down to access waterfront. Apartment had strong unpleasant odour throughout, and could have been cleaned better as when moved chair to see TV Better there were prawn shell bits and crumbs. Expected a much nicer property from description on advertisement but was very disappointing.

A nice quiet place to stay for families

A lovely spacious apartment, was clean & tidy. Would prefer different bedding configurations to suit families & there wasn't a covered parking space available. We would stay again

Overall pretty happy with the house and location just Qld government went into lock down n made us cut our 5 night holiday to 2 nights with no refund or credit for the cancelled nights

We do have policies in place with regards to Covid and unused nights, We would be happy to discuss this with you, please feel free to contact us on 07 5478 0000. ‘ COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Where there are current government travel restrictions put in place that impede an existing booking, we will offer a credit held for a future booking valid for up to 12 months from your original arrival date. This credit must be used for the same property as originally booked and within the same rate season. No modification fees will apply to change the booking dates. Should the new dates booked be lesser in value than the original booking, the difference in price cannot be refunded. Should the new dates booked attract a higher value than the original booking (different season rates), then the difference in price must be paid. Should travel restrictions come into effect during your stay and you need to leave earlier, then a credit may be issued for any unused nights.
