Thank you so much for your review

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. I am so glad you enjoyed the private beach access and had success with the shelling—it truly is one of the best parts of being in this location! I appreciate your comments regarding the amenities. I apologize for the frustration with the thermostat and the lack of a dishwasher. We try to provide as much detail as possible in our property descriptions so guests know exactly what to expect, but your feedback helps us look for ways to improve the guest experience. We hope to have the chance to host you again for another relaxing island getaway!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you found the unit clean, updated, spacious, and enjoyed the peaceful neighborhood and easy access to the bike trail. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the beach access parking lot. You are absolutely right that clarity is key, and we will update our check-in materials immediately with better directions and clearer markings for that designated parking spot. We want your walk to the beach to be stress-free! We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback and hope to host your next peaceful getaway soon.

Thank you so much for your review. We do work very hard and want to make sure each stay is as perfect as possible. We'll look forward to welcoming you back again soon!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. We’re so glad you found the condo itself to be lovely, new, and comfortable, but we sincerely apologize that you had such a frustrating experience with the beach access and construction during your stay. The day before your arrival, our area experienced an unexpected and significant rainstorm that brought over a foot of rain in a short period. This caused temporary but widespread flooding, including the neighborhood path and beach parking lot. Unfortunately, this was a last-minute development, and we regret that we couldn't inform you beforehand. We also apologize for the inconvenience and disruption caused by the construction. We did try to give you a heads-up about the workers for that day, but we understand that the noise from the hammering and drilling was disruptive, especially given the time zone difference. We are actively working on repairs and rebuilding after the hurricanes and are doing our best to coordinate with our contractors to minimize the impact on our guests. It seems we fell short in this case, and we're truly sorry for the disturbance to your peace and rest. We are reviewing our check-in information to make sure the instructions for the parking pass are clearer and easier to find for all future guests. Your feedback is invaluable as we continue to rebuild and improve. We hope you'll consider staying with us again in the future, and we're happy to offer you a discount on a future booking.

Thank you and so happy you had a great time. We did replace the sofa as no fix would work unfortunately. So sorry for that inconvenience. We’ll look forward to welcoming you back again soon
