This unit is located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Huntington building walking distance to Eagle Lodge. Nicely decorated 2 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom; sleeps up to 8. Enjoy a full kitchen, TV, stereo and gas fireplace in the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and access to the full bathroom with tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a queen and the loft has 4 single beds plus full bath with walk-in shower. This unit has vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light, and complimentary WiFi internet access. The complex offers underground parking (garage clearance 6' 9"), (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) Jacuzzi, sauna, weight room, laundry facilities, tennis court and a pool (summer only). Located on the green shuttle line. This unit is not pet friendly. This unit is on the third floor, and there is no elevator access, stair access only. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Great Condo and walking Distance to Eagle Lodge

The TV is now to the left of the fireplace which is much better than in front of the window. Would be nice if there was a second couch by the window.

Broken lamps made for limiting lighting. No extra toilet paper for 8 people over four days is pretty strange in my opinion. I understand that they are afraid people will take their large bottles of shampoo (noting a fee in case) but toilet paper seems like a number one essential. It would be nice if they provided it but did not and then we were unable to reach them since it was past office hours. Luckily we had a roll in our car but if not - we would have none since stores close early too. Multiple people in our group fell on the stairs in the unit as they are extremely slippery.Also, the parking garage clearance varies so none of our cars with roof boxes and skis could park easily. That also seems strange given this is a very seasonal specific place right next to eagle lodge.

Dated unit in Phase 1 building. Basic features and amenities. 2 Physical keys vs door code is tough if the group splits up. Wood fireplace was broken. 1 dedicated parking spot can be a challenge. Overall good value.

Pleasant unit - good location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall this was a very nice condo that worked well for the 6 of us. It was in a good location (across the street from Eagle lift). The decor was pleasant, it was well cared for and the beds were pretty good. Our only complaint, and I let the management know at check out, was that the master bathroom vanity light was so dim it was useless (seriously I think the nightlight was brighter). Hopefully they have since put in some better bulbs. The only other "complaint" was regarding the complex itself. The signage is horrible. The underground parking is a labyrinth and there are no signs directing us as to where to find the door to the staircase among other things. Once inside, there are no signs to tell you which halls lead to which units. It was a total guess. For owners, this is not a big deal, but for renters, this was a frustrating challenge. I would stay here again, but hope these few items are addressed.

VRBO was very nice. Spacious with plenty of beds, nice living room, kitchen as described. Two Jacuzzis that were very nice once cleaned. Walking distance to Eagle Lodge. 10 min drive to Canyon. The biggest improvement is needed with communication, which has to be through a telephone service that isnt always available

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rented condo, itself, was a very nice place. Nice amenities, comfortable, kitchen had all the tools needed to prepare a meal, bedrooms/baths were nice, etc. However, the internet in the condo did not work, which meant no TV and no way to get work done on the computer when not skiing. Also, the design of the building blocked cell service, which meant no internet access via cell service. This condo was on the third floor of the building with no elevator. That was not mentioned in the condo description. Had to lug all the luggage up the stairs from the garage. And, Mammoth Reservations did not help resolve the lack of internet challenge. Mammoth Reservations were called many, many times and couldn't get through to them. Apparently, they turn off their phone system access when they don't want to take calls. Kept trying to get in contact with Mammoth Reservations, finally, after too many phone calls, finally talked with a customer service person who said they would fix the internet challenge. The internet issue never got resolved. I paid $800 for two days rental, internet was supposed to be included, it was not. And, I went to the Mammoth Reservations office in town to discuss the lack of internet with the office manager. The people in the office seemed reluctant to talk with me, they told me to send an email to the general email inbox and it would get to the manager. Bottom line, condo was OK, Mammoth Reservations was awful to deal with, the condo, without internet, was not worth the $800 rental charge.

Great location to Eagle Lodge, but dated condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at the Summit Condos. The location is excellent and super close to Eagle Lodge lifts. The condo is very dated and some issues. The fireplace was not functioning properly (tried to start a fire, but it smoked the entire place even with the flute open). There were 7 or 8 remotes to the TV and not one worked. Luckily I was able to download the fire stick app on my phone to use as a remote. The lighting in master bath was really dark and could use better brighter bulbs. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items and plenty of counter space. The beds were comfortable and lots of space to hang all the snow gear. If you’re looking for no frills location to Eagle this is it. It would have been nice to have a functioning fireplace to help warm up the place and better guest book with detailed instructions for the remote besides what was provided. I would also note the loft sleeping are you have to pass through to get to the upstairs bedroom. Definitely maximizes the space, but good to know for parties who aren’t THAT close.

This home was so peaceful and accommodating. It was the perfect location to catch up with my girlfriends and go for a ski. We will definitely be making this a tradition, the only bummer was the heater was impossible to figure out so it got a bit chilly but other than that it was wonderful, thank you.
