A short walk to Eagle Lodge! This unit has a beautiful view of Lincoln Mountain and the run on chair 15. It is located in Phase 1 of the Summit in the Forester building. Nicely furnished 2 bedroom/ loft, 2 bathroom condominium; sleeps up to 8. Enjoy a full kitchen. A 42" flat panel LCD/LED Hi-Def TV has been installed on a beautiful oak chest in the living room. A DVD player, stereo, and a new pellet stove. The master bedroom has a king and flat panel LCD TV. The second bedroom has a king with a TV and the loft has a queen bed and 2 extra long twin beds. (PLEASE NOTE THE HOT TUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR MOST OF THE SUMMER & FALL) The complex offers a Jacuzzi, pool, sauna, tennis court, weight room, and underground parking (garage clearance is 6' 9"). This unit offers internet access. Located on the green shuttle route. This unit is not pet friendly! All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This unit comes with one underground assigned parking spot with a second on a first come, first serve basis within the complex. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Our calendar is updated in real time. Liked the set up of the place

3 kids upstairs with their own beds and parents next room, while grandparents had their privacy downstairs. The people with checked in and out were super NOT friendly.

We were only 4 but condo would function well for 2 families, loft area great for kids. Only wish would be for owners to upgrade kitchen cookware/tools, etc ... would definitely stay here again!

As for rental, it could use some updates in the kitchen, but we made it work. A mop would be nice and basic cleaning supplies. We’ve always had this in our other rentals.

Pro’s: fabulous location (short, easy walk to Eagle lift (~ half a block), great layout, sofa and beds comfortable, on-site jacuzzi, property clean and management very responsive. Cons: cookware is long past it’s prime. They need to throw out all the old pots and pans and buy new. Bathrooms could be remodeled and towels are cheap - plus no separate towels for jacuzzi so bath towels get dirty.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was definitely convenient. Right next to Eagle lodge which was great! a little run down but worked for what we wanted. Very disappointed that the snow was not cleared from the balcony. It was piled so high that we could not see out any of the windows. We had zero view! Felt like we were trapped in an inside cabin of a cruise ship. Also, for the amount we paid to stay here, you should upgrade the paper towels, toilet paper and tissue. It was the absolute cheapest you can buy.

The amount of snow that we recieve was extremely hard to handle and being honest with our guest is kind of unrealistic to expect everything will be clear out right away, we need to be patience with all the hard workers that haven't stop 24/7 since January, roads closed, on storms like this is good even expect to be out of stock with a lot of supplies (diesel for the plows) however we apologize for the inconvenience and we hope next time can be better experience. Our office staff followed all of the necessary steps to send you the appropriate documentation to allow you to check in to your rental. Unfortunately at this time, we will not be providing a credit for the unused night. It was your decision to check in to another h On Apr 5, 2021, at 16:25, wrote:  Hello. We arrived on Saturday, April 3 expecting to check into the summit condos unit number 34 at Forrester. Instead, we were surprised to find no lockbox on the door and no information as to how to check in. I called twice that evening and left somewhat frantic messages as we had no place to stay. With no response back, I searched availability the same night. It was roughly 10:30 PM at this point so you can imagine how limited the options were. We ended up booking at the Westin, Which cost our family of 4 over 600 dollars for the evening. On Sunday morning I called at roughly 930 and spoke to Ryan, who said he was just about to call me. He explained that we received an email with check in information And that the keys were waiting for us all along at the mammoth reservations office. I explained to him, That the VRBO information on the condo describes a code for the unit but does not mention anything about checking in to a different place. And, in fact, we did not receive any check in information via email. I confirmed that by searching through all of my inboxes including my spam filter. I explain to Ryan that we were substantially put out financially and from a convenience standpoint, as we had to move our gear and groceries multiple times. I said that I expected some form of compensation for the first night, at the very least a credit for the night’s stay. He assured me that someone will get back to us, “probably not today because it’s Easter, but definitely by Monday“. At this point, it’s Monday evening at 4:20 PM and I have not heard from anyone in your office. Please reply confirming that I will be credited AT A MINIMUM for the first night stay as J incurred over $600 for that room night.

Hello, It is unfortunate that you are claiming the check-in docs were never sent we have a time stamp of it being sent on 3/27 at 2:59 pm. Along with the rental agreement that you received and signed to the same email address. You could have called our office during regular business hours or our emergency line for arrival information. We never have had a guest arrive in Mammoth without at least trying to contact us for information, even if you assumed it had a door code, you were not even provided with a code. The unit code you are referencing that VRBO provides is the abbreviation for the unit and is on all descriptions, you assumed that was a door code? We did everything on our end to provide the arrival information, after that it is in your ball court to make sure you understand where you are going to. Not knowing where to pick up your keys or where you are going is not recommended for anyone traveling and if it is unclear, I highly suggest reaching out to the party you booked with. In this review you also stated we did not respond to you yet, the above was a copy and paste of our response? Thank you, MRI TEAM
