Welcome to The Snowy Owl! This fresh and tidy cape-style house has one of the best locations available on our rental market.
The property is located within 2 minutes of Bethel Village where you will find shops, restaurants, bars, and all of the quintessential things you love about New England living. The house is on Bailey Road which is a quiet, dead-end, residential street that offers tall pines, healthy forests, loads of privacy yet convenient access to town, trails, and Sunday River.
This home is situated on a quiet lot with casual, natural landscaping, and an expansive back-yard. A beautiful outdoor firepit is arranged behind the house for an ideal place to keep warm and share stories at the end of a day on the slopes.
Inside the house, you will find a clean and comfortable floor plan. The bright-white kitchen is fully functional and comes equipped with all of the utensils, small appliances, and serve-ware that you need to feed your hungry family. The formal dining room provides plentiful daylight through the patio doors and is an enjoyable place to share all of your meals or work on a puzzle in your downtime.
There are two living rooms on the main level. One is staged as a cozy den with a wood-burning fireplace, soft lighting, and modern sofas. This is the best place for reading, sharing conversations, sipping hot chocolate, and unwinding! The second living room is furnished with a 70” T.V (the largest in the house). This room is arranged for entertainment and fortunately for the chef in the family, this room is located off of the kitchen so that everyone can enjoy the excitement.
Additionally, the one-bedroom and full bathroom are located on this main level and the bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a large dresser, and a closet.
The second level has two massive bedrooms; one is furnished with a king-size bed, one dresser, and a closet while the second is furnished with a queen bed and a twin-over-double bunk bed. There is a full bathroom with a tub on this level too.
The Snowy Owl is an enjoyable option for families that want to stay near the Village and ski resort but also value privacy and quiet surroundings.

Security Camera Disclosure: This home is equipped with exterior security cameras for protection and to monitor snow removal. The cameras are located at the following locations:
1. On house
2. Facing driveway
3. Outback facing backyard
Snow removal: All our homes are contracted with various snow removal companies in the area. This includes plow service and snow shoveling for decks and harder to reach areas.
Smoking: All of our properties are non-smoking.
