It offers our second largest bathroom, complete with hardwood floor and a vintage claw foot soaking tub/ shower. With our newly installed tankless heater, there is plenty of hot water for your indulgence. Bring your favorite soaking salts or bubbles and enjoy!
The Oliver Phelps house was built in 1813 and expanded in 1830. An example of Greek revival architecture, it retains lovely features for today’s guests: twelve-foot ceilings, wide plank floors, blown glass window panes, old-growth trees on the grounds, and the spaciousness of a great Federal period home.

Experience Canandaigua from one of five comfortably appointed and spacious guest rooms, all with private en-suite baths, several with fireplaces.
