The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main Street via Park City’s free transit system.
Snow Flower #152 offers two bedrooms, a loft, and three bathrooms. This condo is located on the top floor of Building IV and faces Park City Mountain, providing mountain views through a grove of aspen trees. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The kitchen and living area offer an open floorplan with clean furnishings, new quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The breakfast bar has seating for three, and the dining table seats six. The living area has a 55” tv plus a gas fireplace with an updated rock finish. The private balcony provides a bird’s eye view of the ski slopes below.
The main bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a luxurious king-sized bed, a 32” TV, and traditional mountain-rustic furnishings. The main bathroom includes updated quartz countertops and beautiful tiled flooring.
The second bedroom on the main floor has two comfortable twin-sized beds that can be made as a king with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The second bathroom includes new quartz countertops with beautiful backsplash and a walk-in tiled shower.
The upstairs loft offers enclosed glass windows and two twin beds that can also be made into a king bed, plus an additional twin bed with a trundle. The upstairs private bath features new quartz countertops.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, a gas fireplace, two TVs, a DVD player, wooden window blinds throughout, a wall safe, and a wall-mounted hairdryer in each of the three bathrooms. The condo has elevator access. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes. For warm weather use, tennis and pickleball courts are a few steps from the building’s front door.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
