Weniger als 2 km vom Park CIty Mountain Resort entfernt und mit dem KOSTENLOSEN Bussystem kommen Sie schnell überall in Park City hin! Lebensmittelgeschäft, Starbucks, Kino und viele andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind auf der anderen Straßenseite, so dass Sie wirklich kein Auto brauchen. Es gibt einen überdachten Carport an unserer Wohnung mit privater Auffahrt, wenn Sie Ihren eigenen Transport bevorzugen. Der erste Stock hat einen sehr offenen Grundriss mit offener Küche zum Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Gaskamin. Es gibt einen zweiten Wohnbereich mit einem Billardtisch für alle. Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, einen Essbereich und eine Gästetoilette im ersten Stock. Im Obergeschoss finden Sie 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder mit einem Whirlpool im Master. Master ist übergroß mit 2 großen Schränken und einem King-Bett und einem Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett sowie ein Einzelbett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer hat 3 Einzelbetten. Die Küche hat Granit und Küchengeräte aus rostfreiem Stahl. Condo umfasst auch Kabel-und Highspeed-Internet. Der Apartmentkomplex verfügt über ein Clubhaus, einen Außenpool und 2 übergroße Whirlpools. Tennisplätze sind nur in den Sommermonaten geöffnet. Dies ist eine großartige Lage!

Felt Like Home!

Donna and her husband are just the best hosts! the place is very well cared for. Well stocked and all the things in there are picked and stocked like i would have at my own house. We had 3 adults and 4 kids - we all had an amazing time. Centrally located, cozy on the inside and convenient to every thing in Park City and Canyons!

Family ski trip

The home was perfect for our group. We rented another unit across the street for the other half of the family. This one had everything we needed. Plenty of beds and a cozy place to hang out at the end of a day of skiing. We appreciated the laundry machine. The proximity to the mountain was great, an easy walk. The owners were responsive.

Great location!

The property was very clean and fit our group of 7 perfectly with room to spare. Loved the short walk to the bus with 1 stop to the Park City skiing. Also, having the grocery store across the street was awesome to have.

We had a wonderful stay, Donna was incredibly communicative in sharing details and check in info ahead of time and checked in to make sure we were all set once we had arrived. The property itself is spacious with all the amenities you could need and with very comfortable beds in a fantastic location close to everything and right off the bus line in park city. I’ve stayed in other condos in the same area and this might just be the best! 100% would stay here again!

Excellent location

Donna was very responsive via text. Plenty of beds for our family. Pool table was a highlight. Local shuttle service to the mountain is very close and very convenient. Grocery store was directly across the street. Community hot tub was a nice touch but got busy after a long day on the slopes. Location of the property was excellent with plenty of sidewalks to local shops and restaurants.

Excellent Park City Condo

This place is spacious and comfortable, with two nice full-walled bedrooms separated by open spaces for good privacy, plus a loft-like area that would be good for children. The kitchen is very nice, with an island with a good cook top, plus all kinds of useful appliances, spices, etc. The condo's location is the best - across the street from a really nice grocery store, and less than a mile from the main ski slopes. We could (and did) walk into the main part of town as well. We'd definitely rent this again if we returned to Park City with family.

Great time in Park City

Location is excellent. Fresh market is a 4 min walk and the bus stop to park city mountain is a 2 min walk. Property is clean. Donna responds to questions promptly. I’d stay there again.

We had a very good experience with this rental. Layout was great for our group. Having a main floor bathroom was really nice. Location for food and transportation to the ski slopes was really nice. We could also fit two cars in the driveway.

Comfortable and good location

Location couldn't be better for access to Park City skiing. We enjoyed the hot tub / pool that was a very short walk away. Very comfortable for six to cook, hang out, and play pool and other games. Hope to return!

Owner was so prompt in answering my texts. Very nice amenities. Well stocked with basics- spices, paper products, detergent. Beds extremely comfortable. Unit only an 8 minute walk from the Payday lift. Grocery store across the street. Good for two couples and two children/siblings as third room is loft-like.

Perfect ski condo

We had a great few days in Park City staying at Donna's condo. The location was a 1-2 minute walk from the free ski shuttle and it's one stop from the base of Park City mountain. Super easy. The condo was the perfect amount of space for 4 guys, and was totally clean and comfortable. We also used the community outdoor hot tub one night which was great. Definitely recommend staying here and Donna was very easy to communicate with throughout the process.

Christmas get away

We loved our stay here. It was roomy for our family of adult kids, beds were comfy, we played games and baked and had a great time. Location to Park City mountain was walking distance and the local free bus stop was right outside the door. Fresh market was just across the street so driving wasn’t really necessary. Hosts were very friendly and great to answer questions. Would highly recommend this property!

We've been visiting Park City for over 30 years and finally decided to buy a place here. We bought for the winters - now we LOVE it year round! We have 4 children and we love to get away to the mountains! The summers are spectacular! If you have never spent time in Utah in the summer, you need to put it on your bucket list! We hope to make many more family memories here in Park City.

As they say, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This property is across the street from a large grocery store, steps away from the bus stop and has mountain views from the master bedroom. PUBLIC TRANSIT IS FREE in Park City! Convenient to everything in Park City! There is a carport if you do bring an auto. VERY CONVENIENT when it's snowing! No scraping the windows and you can go directly inside from the carport - no walking through the snow! Our children walk to the mountain in ski season! We love to hike in the summers too!
