This luxurious modern four bedroom home is located approximately 500 metres from Tideways beach and a short walk to the Sorrento Sailing Couta Boat Club. It is perfectly situated in a quiet court, with an easy walk to the front/back beaches and the Sorrento village.

This property features a private deck with solar heated swimming pool and gas heated spa. This is perfect for the summer days with outdoor dining and relaxed seating.

There are polished boards throughout the two living areas. The first living room enjoys the gas log fire and TV and the second living area includes a bar and a TV (with Foxtel sports and movie packages as well as a PlayStation5). Both areas have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, soda stream, coffee machine and even has two convection ovens.

There is ducted gas heating throughout, a gas log fire and air conditioning in the living areas plus ceiling fans in bedrooms and this all provides comfort at any time of the year, making it a fantastic all year round holiday home.

There is WiFi for your use. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There is even use of the community tennis court only a few minutes away and tennis equipment is provided.

In summary, there are 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (all with hairdryers), the main bathroom with spa bath. There is use of the remote control double garage. There is parking for up to 4 cars (2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.
