The property was perfect for my family to stay for a softball tournament @ Shipyard Park. We were only 9 minutes from the ball park. The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived, so being able to come in and relax was awesome. My only suggestion would be to add some sheet pans & additional silverware for use. Outside from that, it was a great home away from home for the long weekend! Thank you!

This home was perfect for us for our stay while our son was playing at Shipyard. While we were a little further from where our team was staying, we were 8 minutes from the park, which was very nice. Loved having the space for our family and our pups loved the fenced in backyard. The house was clean and while we didn’t cook much at the house, it seemed like it had everything you’d need. I especially appreciate when an owner leaves enough supplies for your stay and not just a starter amount. It makes it so much easier to travel. Home was cozy and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

Shipyard weekend

We came in town for a baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. The location of the house to the field was great, it was nice to not be on the heavy traffic side coming in. The house was perfect for our group, there was ample space for us to spread out and be comfortable. The boys played basketball in the backyard and enjoyed the front yard for some baseball. The house was clean and had what we needed to cook each day. The host was very responsive as well. We did not have any issues with the well water as some have stated, the filtration system does its job. The beds were very comfortable as well. We would love to stay again on our next trip up.

Great house and perfect experience

Our stay at this property was perfect! The house was exactly what we were looking for in the stay. It was very close to Shipyard Park which was great since that's why were there. It had an added bonus of a gate at the driveway that we could close while the kids were outside playing in the large yard. Just a little added piece of mind in an already safe environment. Check in and check out was smooth. Definitely pleased with our decision to go with this property. We felt at home while on vacation.

Over all this house was great to stay in. Honestly one of the better rentals I have done in a few years. It was clean, had everything we needed. Although we were only really there in the evenings to sleep. The back yard had plenty of space for our dog to run and do his thing. No large gaps in the fence. The best part for me was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was actually comfy. Most places I have stayed in the past its hard as a rock, but this one was perfect. Not to firm, not to soft.There were some minor things that could be done a little better. Mind you these are not deal breaker issues, just things we noticed or dealt with. The house is not "quiet" in the since that you can pretty clearly heard the cars and trucks passing by in the middle of the night. When cleaning up before check out they ask that you wash and put away the dishes used, we didn't notice until at night the day before check out there was no dishwasher pods, so hand washing dishes was necessary. Finally a sink faucet and the shower handle in the mast bedroom has a small leak. Again, minor things to deal with, just thought they should be mentioned. Over all I would easily book this house again the next time we visit the area.
