RETREAT Amongst the Trees, Close to Beach

The Currumbin Oasis
Resort style beach house nestled amongst tropical palms in a quiet and leafy cul de sac street. Open plan living with polished wooden floors and deck over-looking pool and spa. Close to the beach, restaurants and airport. Simply styled with new furniture and clean crisp feel. Sunny, bright and airy with glimpses of green coming through every window.
You will arrive and instantly feel like you are on holidays. It's the kind of house that is close to everything but you won't want to leave.

The Space:
Split level 4 bedroom home with very large garage that houses up to 4 cars or a small boat/ jet ski (see floor layout for specs). Other ground level features are the pool with water fall, large heated spa, outdoor shower, deck and toilet.

There are stairs to the first level living area from garage. Very large living area with indoor table that seats 8 as well as an outdoor table for the same. Gourmet kitchen with gas cooking facilities, coffee machine and blender plus large portable BBQ.

Master bedroom has the top level all to itself. Very large bedroom with its own deck, office desk, reading chair, air-conditioning, king bed, walk in robe and ensuite. Please note the master bedroom is the only room with air-conditioning.

Bedroom 2 is on the split second level along with the other two bedrooms, seperate laundry and large bathroom (bath, shower and seperate toilet). It has a queen bed , TV, ceiling fan and built in robe.

Bedroom 3 has twin beds that can be converted to a king bed on request. It also has a ceiling fan and built in robe.

Bedroom 4 is small and has 1 single bed with a trundle underneath. Suitable for children. Stand up fan, no built ins.

Small rear lawn and sandpit provides another fun space for the kids. Table tennis table in garage. We have 2 older bikes and a new bike with helmets at the house that you are welcome to use. If you are coming with kids would be worth putting in their bikes/ scooters (if you are flying request as we can leave out kids scooters).

Currumbin:
10-15 mins walk to the iconic Currumbin Beach. Once you reach the waterfront you can walk or cycle next to the ocean all the way to Snapper Rocks with plenty of playgrounds, cafes and restaurants to stop at on the way.
5 minutes walk to Cornerstone precinct which has a wonderful cafe, bottle shop, beauty salon, yoga studio and other fashion retailers. Equally close to Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary which is a great activity for the kids. It also has a food market on Friday evenings with live music and lots of yummy food outlets.

Fresh linen, towels and beach towels are provided.

We are close to the airport so you will hear the odd plane although not many at the moment.

- Bookings age 25 year and over
- No stilettos on wooden floors
- No smoking inside
- Ask about pets (not suitable for all dogs but will accept some)
