We used this home as a crew base for running the Leadville 100. It had everything we needed to make great meals and relax before and after the race. It is very spacious with a lot of "hang out" space and opportunities to get outside on the decks and in the hot tub.

great place to stay with family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: overall a great place to stay! had a wonderful time skiing and hanging out. we had little snow so it wasn't quite ski in ski out and there are a lot of stairs so was a little stressful with toddlers, but the property manager was very accommodating so we probably could have gotten gates ( they had at least one and they had mattresses for playpens)
Antwort von VrboOwner am 27. Feb. 2026
We really appreciate the feedback and are glad you had a wonderful trip. Sorry the stairs and low snow made things a bit stressful with toddlers — we don’t stock child care gear, but we’re happy to share recommendations for local rentals and stores if that would help for next time. Thanks again and come back soon. - River Ridge Rentals Team

A Great Villa

The family loved the Villa and wants to return. We especially enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen and the big dining table with plenty of chairs for the ten of us. We enjoyed soaking in the hot tub. A special path provided access to the Lumberjack and Kokomo lifts, which even the young children could manage.

Great Place, Great Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place - all was good and mgmt company very responsive. Be aware the subdivision is way up a hill in Copper Mountain (which is already high altitude), and you will be climbing lots of stairs at altitude, so be prepared to be winded. Otherwise, a great place to have a great time.

Great Location

Great location to enjoy the area Copper offers. We used the house as a base for backpacking the area and for one member of our group as a resupply location for thru-hiking the Colorado Trail. Best for those who want a quiet location with direct access to the backcountry. Not the best if you are looking for a walk around town experience.

Family Vacation

House was clean and had all the amenities we needed. House can be warm in the summer due to no AC. Additional box fan was brought to us to help with air circulation in upstairs bedroom. Enjoyed the close proximity to Copper Mountain and surrounding area activities. We enjoyed our stay and look forward turning again next year.
