⛷ To Ski-Out, walk up the road to the Lumberjack lift or from the house take the steps down the patio and walk through the wooded area to the Lumberjack Lift or walk out to the Roundabout Ski Run.
⛷ To Ski-In, take Roundabout Ski Run down to the wooded area and walk across to the home.

☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
