“The Sandpiper” is located on a quiet one-way street which is conveniently close by and within walking distance to downtown Wrightsville Beach and The Blockade Runner Hotel. The beach path is just a few steps from your front door and the unique configuration offers multiple decks that enhance the interior space and provide quiet get-away spots.
This attractive 4-bedroom, 4.5 bath town home has an ocean or sound view from every window and has been meticulously updated with comfort and convenience in mind. The main floor boasts an open floor plan that guides you into the beautifully equipped kitchen, the heart of the home. Dine casually at the large kitchen island or enjoy a home cooked meal at the gorgeous kitchen table. The living room is open, spacious and furnished with comfortable - with high speed internet throughout and a large smart TV! The top floor bonus living room offers another massive smart TV which gives guest unlimited opportunities for families to partake in a family movie night, spread out and catch up on your favorite shows, or work even remotely with an ocean view. A master bedroom with king bed, private bathroom, and its own deck are also located on the main living floor of the home.
At the top of the stairs you will find a conveniently placed laundry room, the bonus living area with amazing views of the waterway and ocean, and three additional bedrooms. To the left of the stairs is the second master bedroom with a large king bed, private bathroom, ample closet space, and its own private deck! Just across the hall there is a bunk room with a queen bed and extra twin bed that is utilizes the nearby hall bathroom. This floor also has a “grown-up bunk room” with two full beds and its own private bathroom making this room perfect for children or couples!

Stay Requirements: Saturday to Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum of two night stay other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Fulls, 1 Twin
Parking: Parking for up to 5 vehicles; garage access not included with rental.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, trailers, and RV’s
Special Amenities: Enclosed outdoor shower, charcoal grill
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
