Our stay was amazing! We had 3 vehicles all fit! We had so much fun and it was a short walk to the beach and shops! Would recommend! And will definitely be going back!

Lots of space to spread out, nice balconies on both sides, spacious kitchen, great location near town and access to beaches and water to launch boats. (Not sure we ever saw -- or needed -- the hot tub or home gym LOL).

Amazing location! Porches are perfect. After booking, we were told we needed to provide all linens (sheets, towels, etc) as well as other basics which we found surprising . Checkout is at 10 which is also unusual.

Linens for 2019 were provided on longer stays, we are making changes so in 2020 they are included in all stays. Check out time at 10 aligns with all major property management companies in our area.

Greatly Located Home for Family Beach Enjoyment!

This property was conveniently located by the beach as advertised. Even with a 3-year-old and 70 year old we were able to get to and from the beach in under 5 to 7 minutes.The hot tub was very clean which is also unusual. I packed my own test strips when I go traveling and this was the cleanest one I had ever seen. There was plenty of items in the kitchen for cooking and plenty of room for everyone with their own bathrooms in each bedroom etc. Two different patios and a huge garage to park all of the cars we needed to park.Can't really think of anything to complain about. If I had to be terribly nitpicky I would say the grill could use and Improvement otherwise the places is absolutely perfect.

Hi Ryan, thank you for your review. We apologize for the hot tub not being available for your stay. The owner never made us aware that it was out of order since she works with a private handyman unrelated to our company. She was waiting on a part to fix it but it has since been fixed as well as new flooring installed and the exterior was painted. She's working on many upgrades in the property as well including new furniture in early May! The linens are wrapped in plastic and left on the beds as a COVID precaution for our guests so they know the linens are sanitized and untouched by other people. We hope you had a wonderful stay nonetheless and hope to have you back again soon!

Sandy’s 60th birthday bash

I have rented this home three times now. My family just loves it. It has everything we need. We love to cook and eat at home. Lots of kitchen items . Plenty of room for everyone. Great front porch as well as a lovely little porch in the rear ti view the sunsets. The owner was upstairs and we have met her a few times. Just a lovely woman. We also floated on tubes on the sound side for our happy hours. There is a small private beach area that comes with the rental. Beach is right across the street. Just a great home to rent .

NICE WEEKEND

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time and overall the house was nice. We did kill quite a few "Palmetto bugs", which was concerning and the only reason I would not recommend this property. We also would have like to have had a few blankets on the beds or as "extras" to be used (there was only 1 extra blanket in the house) as it was a chilly weekend. We really liked that each bedroom had its own bathroom since we were there for a wedding, it allowed us all to get ready without waiting for a bathroom. Also, the elevator was very handy when moving in and out.

Absolutely Perfect!

We were in Wrightsville beach for my son’s wedding this past weekend and needed 4bedrooms with 4 bathrooms for 4 couples. This house was perfect! Enough space for everyone, clean, spent a lot of time on the covered porches, hot tub was an added bonus. House is just 3 houses away from the beach access. Very posh end of the beach filled with beautiful homes. Walking distance to 2 coffee shops, restaurants and bars. Some people didn’t like that the owner lived upstairs and that the eatery was through the garage. That was not an issue at all. The owner was lovely, never even realized she was there. Having the owner live on property guaranteed that the home was goin to be taken well care of (no bugs!!) and it was! My only complaint is that the bed in the handicapped room was very mushy and incredibly creaky. Everyone else found their beds quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, the owner even provided kueurig pods for the key rig. There are no beach chairs, toys or towels so you will need to bring these items.

Perfect location - couple suggestions

Overall, the location and size of this rental unit was excellent. The beach is gorgeous and the bars/restaurants nearby are really great. Having 4 full bathrooms attached to each bedroom was awesome. But I have 3 recommendations: 1) I called the management office on the evening I arrived asking for blankets for two of the beds that didn't have a quilt or blanket. Those two beds had a sheet-thin duvet cover but no comforter/quilt inside the duvet. There were no spare blankets in the closets of the 4 bedrooms. I left a voicemail with my name/phone/location... but they never called me back. We were there for 4 nights. We had cool rainy nights and were cold at night. 2) The toilet in the back bedroom where I slept had so much rust on it that it looked unclean, even if it was just cleaned before our arrival. It's hard to make rust look clean. There are rails attached (the kind that help elderly sit/stand) and this attachment is where the rust has grown. It looks like it's been there awhile. 3) There is only one way in and out of the unit and it's through the garage. The garage had big roach-like bugs inside that made my teenagers scream. Thankfully, no bugs were in the unit but my kids dreaded going in and out that way.

I do apologize there were a few hiccups during your stay. I have reached out to the private cleaner for this property and addressed the bedding and bug situation in the garage. Both should be an easy fix! I've also made note of the toilet you mentioned in case of future owner upgrades to the home. A little upgrading would be perfect for this rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location the rooms where descend. There should be at least 3 tv’s in a 4bedroom house. The cleaning crew definitely needs to put more hard scrubbing in their working efforts
