The middle level offers river and ocean-facing decks, including a covered ocean deck with an outdoor dining setting. The master bedroom overlooks the ocean, allowing you to check the surf from the comfort of your bed. Bedrooms three and four enjoy river views, and this level also contains the main bathroom and a study nook. (Please note: the property does not have a working bath.)

The top level is dedicated to entertaining and relaxing, with a kitchen, dining, and living area featuring panoramic ocean and river views. Both decks provide sunny spots to enjoy the scenery at any time of day, and there"s a convenient powder room on this level.

The home accommodates up to 8 guests, including children, and comes with all linen and bath towels just bring your swimmers and beach towels. Strictly no pets are allowed inside or outside.
