Neu auf dem Ferienvermietungsmarkt und direkt an der Düne von Wooli befindet sich dieses kürzlich renovierte originale Strandhaus mit den richtigen Zutaten. Ein großer, überdachter Allwetter-Unterhaltungsbereich im Freien bietet einen schattigen, entspannten Sommerraum und im Winter einen geschlossenen Kamin für gemütliche Abende im Freien. Ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Holztor am Ende des Gartens führt Sie zur Spitze der Düne, wo Sie an Tisch und Stühlen sitzen und den majestätischen Wooli-Strand genießen können, der vor Ihnen liegt.

Kehren Sie in den Garten zurück und holen Sie sich eine Zitrone vom Baum im Holztor, um ein wohlverdientes G & T zu erhalten. Springen Sie unter die Außendusche und gehen Sie hinein, wo Küche und Bad mit modernen Geräten und Annehmlichkeiten auf den neuesten Stand gebracht wurden. Drei Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus bieten Platz für 6 Personen und ein zusätzliches Etagenhaus für 3 Personen ist für zusätzliche 30 USD pro Nacht erhältlich.

Das Haus hat Sicherheitstüren vorne und hinten, so dass Sie die Sommerbrise einfangen und nachts das Rauschen der Brandung hören können. Alle Fenster haben Insektenschutzgitter. Für diese seltenen, extra heißen Nächte ist das Haus durchgehend klimatisiert. Zu beiden Seiten des Hauses gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze für Autos und Boote.

Dieses Haus ist gut ausgestattet, damit die Gäste wirklich entspannen und den typischen australischen Strandurlaub in einer entspannten Umgebung am Strand genießen können. Kommen Sie und genießen Sie alles, was 120 on Main zu bieten hat.

Great location on beach. Heaps of outdoor entertaining space. Outdoor private hot shower excellent. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable but not terrible. BBQ was filthy. Could not use it and top of fridge very dirty. No pantry. Take everything with you as very little supplied other than utensils which were very well stocked

Disappointing

Cannot see the beach, have to walk up steep dune to get the view.Stayz and Elders list states Air Con throughout but only in the small lounge room.Stayz and Elders listing state Dishwasher but there is none.The rooms are small with queen beds squeezed into older style double rooms.The lounge chairs are the worst, uncomfortable unless you want a back ache.The TV is tiny, surely in todays world an upscale/size TV would be a must.The old fireplace is totally unserviceable and rusted - this should be removed or replaced before someone is hurt by it with its rusted sticking out bits.Would not recommend this property and will not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: The location is excellent, beautiful views of the beach and a great big yard for the pets. The house itself needs some work, it needs a really good clean including the BBQ. There was no cleaning products including dish washing or soaps. The real estate got a cleaner right away to come and do the floors but there was so much more that needed to be done. I did email the pictures to real estate but never heard back. I would suggest packing all linen including blankets and doonas as you wouldn’t want them on you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great. There's a few features it doesn't list which I think people could benefit from if it were listed. One being that the outdoor shower has hot water, and there's a toilet in the laundry outside for those staying in the outdoor room. There is a bath also which I really needed for my little one, and there's a BBQ with gas. The location is minutes walk to the bowls club and the beach access is great. We loved using the outdoor fireplace especially as it was raining. This place is great for when it does rain as the outdoor undercover area is not just a shade sail like other properties I viewed, it was thoroughly undercover. The bedding was comfortable. And rooms a decent size. The second air-conditioning we couldn't get to work but it wasn't necessary. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other guests and friends. We enjoyed the house, especially the outdoor area. While not a new place it was definitely a great beach shack which had more to offer than its listing which should be updated to credit the property.

Access straight to the beach, stroll up to the bowlo or ride to the river, made the stay so much more relaxing and pleasant. Beds were comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials and more, bbq was clean. Great under cover area, would be perfect in winter too.

We couldn’t get a response from agent re the oven not working.

It was cramped and hot. We had to buy coils. We didn’t see any info re bin night. The kitchen is way to small to cater to a large group and there was no pantry space. Wouldn’t recommend to a large group any time of year, especially when summer hits.

The fence was in good condition and kept the doggo in. It was great so be so close to the beach - we would stay again at this home - Wooli was beautiful.The air conditioner and some of the windows were mouldy and the floors were dusty. There was no big pot to cook spaghetti or pan to cook the sauce -I bought my own though so that was ok. It should say in the ad the fourth bedroom is outside and to bring a little heater as there is none. There was no dishwashing liquid.Overall it was a great stay

Great no frills beach pad

I love the simplicity of this place. Once you arrive here you do not need to go anywhere apart from to the beach and back which is at the end of your garden. Very relaxing and beautiful spot.
