The Space:

Ground level is the entrance, pool (perfectly heated in cooler months), pool lounge area and private powder room, carport, outdoor shower.
Upstairs is the open plan lounge, dining, kitchen, outdoor decks, 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry facilities. High vaulted white timber lined ceilings and engineered timber floors define the central living space which is open and filled with natural light. You will be instantly drawn through the wide opening French glass doors to the stunning outdoor entertaining area. From the comfort of the lounge room furnishings opening out to the deck and outdoor lounging, the areas flow to let the outside in and enjoy the sea breezes with all sides opening with French glass doors.
