The foxes den is a only 200m walk to the beach and a 4 minute drive to the historic Jetty and cafe strip of Busselton. This delightful 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom brand new home has all the comforts you will need for your holiday. Open plan living area with reverse cycle A/C Laminate flooring throughout 1 Queen bed and 2x King single beds. Fully secure yard for children, vehicles, pets or a boat 2x Bikes available for usage Board games and books BBQ Weber
Please note a damage deposit of $300 is due when booking and a photo ID
Both must be received prior to receiving arrival details
Please note there are 2x CTV cameras at the house. One faces the side of the house where the front door is One faces the back of the house which the sitting area is. They are fixed cameras (no zoom or tilt) installed for security purposes only.
There is a house being build next door currently so some building noise may be heard during your stay.
HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or "rowdy" behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 4 people allowed.
-Maximum of 2 cars allowed to be parked at the property.
PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.
