Would we stay here again? Yes, but there would be different expectations. The apartment appeared to have been cleaned after the previous person left and had not been occupied in awhile. It was dusty and needed a quick wipe down. There were notices about timing for maintenance issue taped on the back of the door. The information was for the prior year and should have been removed. Check in directions are conflicting and confusing. The initial instructions received after the reservations were made stated that you had to check-in between 3-5pm in person. Pretty difficult when your flight arrives at 8pm. Then information sent 3 days before check-in provided details on accessing a lock box to get the key fob. No mandatory in-person check-in. Checking out requires coordination if you have a car as you need the key fob to leave the parking garage. The location was fine. You are able to walk most places in Waikiki, so you do not need a car if you aren't leaving the area or booking tours. If you are exploring or need a car, the parking was easy in the building's garage. Appreciated the vibe of the building as many of the condos are occupied by long term residents. There was very small ocean view, but the mountain view was amazing. Definitely keeping this for future options.
