This modern 4 bedroom holiday house with sea views from the large front decking has everything you will need for your next family getaway. With only a minute walk to the beautiful North beach this house offers comfort and lifestyle with only a short drive to the Wallaroo Township. North beach and Wallaroo are known for their beautiful beaches and great fishing.
This house is fully furnished allowing for a maximum of 8 people including children with a minimum of 2 nights stay.

Bedroom 4 – 2 single beds + wardrobe
1 bathroom + toilet
All kitchen equipment and utensils are supplied, microwave, washing machine, dryer, 45inch TV in lounge room, DVD player, split system aircon in main area, BBQ and outdoor dining.
Please note:
We ask that you respect the property and neighbours. This house is strictly a maximum of 8 people per night. Strictly NO parties and disorderly behaviour will NOT be tolerated, this will terminate your stay immediately. If there is any damage done to the property or furniture, the repairs will be deducted from your bond. If the house has not been left in a tidy manner and extra cleaning is required, this will be deducted from your bond. Strictly NO cleaning of seafood inside, there is a dedicated outdoor sink/bench for this. We ask that this is cleaned after use and ensure that seafood scraps are discarded of appropriately prior to leaving.

NO smoking and NO pets allowed.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking cost (not including the bond) is required to secure the dates for your stay.
Cancellation policy:
If cancellation of your booking is required we will hold the deposit paid. If you wish to cancel your booking under 7 days prior to the commencement date, a fee of 100% of the total booking will be charged (not including bond).
If you wish to cancel your booking 7 days prior to commencement date, a fee of 50% will be charged.
If you wish to cancel 14 days prior to commencement date, 100% refund will be given. Your bond will be fully refunded at any stage of cancellation.
Please contact us if you wish to make any changes to your booking before cancelling. We may be able to offer another date available or offer a credit to use at a later date.
