Summary:
This is a two-level apartment with a spectacular rooftop terrace! On the first level you will find a spacious living room integrated with dining room a fully equipped kitchen and a balcony with pool view and where is located the main room with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a secondary room with Queen size bed and a full bathroom that serves the secondary room and the guests.

We provide A/c in all areas as well as ceiling fans.

The Space:
This is a two-level apartment with a spectacular rooftop terrace! On the first level is the main room with a Queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a secondary room with Queen size bed and a full bathroom that serves the secondary room and the guests. There is also a double size sofa bed in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the items you require for your stay, including utensils for up to 6 people.

On the second level of the apartment, which you access through a spiral staircase on the terrace, you will find a barbecue area, a solarium, an extra bathroom and a spectacular area with a private Picuzzi. Ideal for entertaining or for just relaxing while having a drink!

The bedding and towels are custom-made for us with the highest quality cotton.

We provide A/c in all areas as well as ceiling fans. Smart TV's with Iptv system in the room and main room and wifi service included in the rental cost.

The residential has 24 hour security and surveillance cameras. We also feature an adult swimming pool, a children's pool and a barbecue area.

And do not forget our BEACH CLUB! All our guests can enjoy a 10% discount and free beach chairs at Huracan Café and The View, the best Beach Club & Restaurant in the area. With spectacular views and a Chill Out atmosphere, this is the place to be! There is a minimum consumption of US$15.00.

Electricity is NOT included in the rate. The cost of energy is approx. US$0.40 per Kw/h. If you use the A/C at night only, you can assume the following costs per day:

2 bedrooms - US$17.00 per day
3 bedrooms - US$21.00 per day

All guests will be charged a security deposit of US$400.00. This deposit can be paid in cash or through a credit card hold. This deposit is used to cover any damages caused to the apartment during the stay or unpaid bills left by the client. THIS DEPOSIT WILL BE REIMBURSED 2 DAYS AFTER CHECK OUT if all bills are paid and the apartment does not have any damages.

Our holiday Penthouses are all of new construction with a modern but cozy feel, and situated in the heart of Bavaro, where you will have easy access to restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy and a vibing nightlife! Property is located just steps from one of the most beautiful beaches of Punta Cana: Los Corales.

Let's not forget our incredible Beach Club! Located right on the beach at a prime location, just a short walking distance away, this beach club is a dream come true. It is the epitome of a tropical beach getaway, featuring 2 floors, with an infinity pool on the second floor, fusion cuisine on the second floor and Italian on the first, with a wide variety of cocktails and drinks for even the most discerning traveler.
Our beach club offers free chaise lounges to all our guests, with a minimum consumption of US$15.00 per adult.
