Sie werden die tropischen Farbpalette und Dekor dieses schön eingerichtet mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Badezimmer Wohnung Einheit genießen. Ihr Wohnbereich ist mit bequemen Plätze zum Sitzen, und für Unterhaltung gibt es einen Fernseher mit Flachbildschirm, ein Blu-Ray / DVD-Player und eine Stereoanlage. Die Küche ist ausgestattet, um Ihre Bedürfnisse Kochen und vor der Theke sind drei Barhockern zu handhaben und in der Nähe gibt es ein Glastisch mit sechs Stühlen. Ein schöner Esstisch mit vier Stühlen auf dem Balkon, die Sie essen, trinken und den Blick auf die Aktivität am Strand und auf dem Wasser ermöglicht. In der Master-Schlafzimmer-Suite sind ein Kingsize-Bett, einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player mit Zugang zum Balkon und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne-Dusche-Kombination, die die gleichen wie die in der Gäste-WC ist. Great stay!

We loved this condo and location! Beautiful views of the beach and Gulf. Condo was nice, clean and comfortable. The only thing I would change is that I would like them to provide paper towels for the kitchen and additional rolls of toilet paper for the bathrooms…if flying those items take up a lot of luggage space

Another great trip to Orange Beach

Condo was very clean and nice. Great view from balcony. Pool area was nice. My only complaint was the bed in guest bedroom, next to bathroom, was extremely uncomfortable. You roll to the middle of bed. Might be comfortable for kids but not adults.

You couldn’t ask for more than this beautiful condos facing the beach! Place was amazing, it felt home. Would want to stay forever. The amenities like the gym just needed a little bit of upgrade especially the dumbells. Other than that, beautiful!

Very Relaxing

My son and I had a quick beach trip and the facility and location was great. Thank you for no smoking even on balconies. I have asthma and the smoke and vape fumes triggers it. Thanks for the relaxing trip.

Great location, 3 for cleanliness

On the first day, we cleaned the mold out of the Keurig and my crawling infant was dirty from crawling on the floor. Otherwise, we had a great stay! We enjoyed the oceanfront view, beautifully decorated unit, plenty of kitchen dinner and cookware, and onsite 1ft pool for the kiddos. Bring toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry and dish detergents as owner advises because they are not provided.

Impromptu reservations

We had reservations with Vacasa, but they had booked us in a unit that they no longer managed, complete with confirmation numbers and the works. After an hour of unsuccessfully being able to get inside the unit I went to VRBO and found this wonderful unit just a.few minutes down the road. We were able to enjoy the beach until the unit had been cleaned and had a very comfortable stay of our granddaughters' 1st visit to the beach. Compared to the former mgt company, your crew worked as smooth as silk. Thank you for your courtesy and hospitality.

Location

The condo was beautiful and spacious. There was a balcony with plenty of seats for my family to sit and eat breakfast every morning, which I loved. It was directly on the beach as told and our balcony view was looking out over the beach. I did like that their was a front desk receptionist if you needed anything. The staff was nice and helpful. The condo was clean. It was located on the strip where multiple restaurants were located and a Walmart, and souvenir shops and the McDonald’s for the kids was down the road so location was great for my family. I didn’t cook while we were there so idk how well the appliances worked.I did love that they started you off with a couple of trash bags, tissue and hand soap. The only thing I would say that was a little issue that it didn’t seem too kid friendly having a glass table top and glass decorations, only because I had a toddler and young child, but they did have a few boards games and card games to play with the kids. Also I had trouble with the dryer which could have been user error but it took multiple times to even dry a small load. As for the facility the only problem I had was that it rained while we were there and I was told that it was lighting but I never seen it so they shut the indoor and outdoor pool down for the remainder of the day. I looked to the other facility near us and the facility had their pool back open after a few hours. Overall I loved the conda and we would definitely stay again.

Perfect condo for our family

We truly enjoyed the Phoenix 8 because it’s smaller than the other Phoenixes. Particularly this condo is updated, and it had everything we needed for the week we were there. We loved the views and the proximity to stores and restaurants. The condo was clean and so were the sheets. We loved our stay and we will be back to the same condo soon. Thank you for having us, and sharing your amazing beach retreat with us. We have created some amazing memories that will last a lifetime. 🏖☀️🥂😘

Perfect Getaway!

Our family of four enjoyed our first beach vacation here. The view was beautiful and we loved watching dolphins from the deck. The condo was a great layout and had everything that we needed. The TVs were easy to use and they had lots of fun board games for us to enjoy as a family. :-) We loved staying in a smaller condo building because we never had to wait for the elevators and Irene at the front desk, was so kind and welcoming! The walk to the beach was short and there were plenty of places to rinse the sand off, as we headed inside each day. The beach was beautiful and well taken care of. We loved the beach, the indoor, and outdoor pool, Everyone was super friendly. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We will definitely return!!

Great condo!!

Clean with beautiful beach views. Because this was a smaller Phoenix building, we never had wait time on elevators or crowd issues at the beach even with staying over the 4th of July. Will stay here again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was super cute and the view was wonderful. The staff were super nice! If I had to find something that could use improvement it would be a check out list in the unit with instructions on what to do before leaving. Such as where to place towels, should beds be stripped and where the trash goes. That being said we loved our stay and would stay again! 😊
