The first thing I want to say is condo was super clean. Sadly, that is the only thing I can really say positively about it. The big issues we had were with communication, or lack there of, and misleading information. We had, which I know was an outlier, a main water line for the city that was worked on the first night we arrived (Monday) and there was a boil order that was in affect until Thursday and we were NEVER told until after I asked what was happening even though the office is right next door. This wasn't an emergency fix, it was something planned and should have been known about but the only reason we found out was when I got up in the morning and had no water pressure AT ALL. Thankfully I had prepared our coffee the night before, I hate to think how sick we could have gotten if I'd tried to make it in the morning.Another item that I was frustrated with, I should've read more reviews, was that the "complimentary" Wi-Fi isn't in the condo at all unless YOU PAY for Xfinity but only for 2 devices. There is supposedly Wi-Fi at the clubhouse but it was being remodeled and there was some construction going on. Also there was supposed to be a smart tv? No where in the condo. It was very misleading and false which continued to frustrate me as my wife is a homebody but she couldn't really rest at the condo at all.The master bed also creaks at every roll and movement and there is no way to make the bedroom completely dark and light always pours in through outside lights.
